We booked this place through the Airbnb platform Imagine you and your partner getting into bed and falling asleep, suddenly at 1 AM you wake up falling to the floor with a big BANG noise and the sound of your partner screaming and waking the other people in the apartment. This is exactly what happened to my brother. So yeah, the master bedroom bed just broke in the middle of the night, ruined the whole night for my brother and his partner and also for me (as I woke up from the noise and then spent some time trying to assist them). Now, I'm not saying it should happen, but these things can happen. what makes me angry and the reason I'm giving this experience 0 stars is that in the morning when I've contacted the host to tell him about what happened, he didn't even ask if everyone is ok, he treated this event as if it was another thing he needs to fix in the apartment. Eventually, I complained to Airbnb and demanded a partial refund and the host made it even worse by blaming us for "The guest has not used it correctly and have misused the bed" and of course declined any refund. In my personal opinion, this is not how a professional host should act in such a case. This is why I'm never going to return to this place or any of this host's places and this is why I'm giving it the lowest possible rate. A few other facts: Pro: 1. The host was very communicative, before and after the check-in, answering messages within a few minutes. 2. Apartment is nicely designed and has many amenities. 3. I think the location is also good. 4. smooth and easy check-in. Cons: 1. The apartment is on the second floor, so you have to go up 2 sets of stairs to get there we had many suitcases and this was not an easy task, this fact is well hidden in the listing (it's written only in the "You must also acknowledge" part) 2. The apartment has some sort of an emergency exit door that leads to some sort of a place that is shared with other apartments, this door wasn't locked when we got there and even then, it has a very weak and simple lock. 3. The acoustic in the apartment is terrible, we heard our neighbors' music till the night and we heard each and every car that went by. this is also somewhat hidden in the "You must also acknowledge" part. 4. Listing services state that there's a Luggage dropoff allowed - this is not true, I specifically asked the host and he told me this is not possible. 5. Stating the "obvious" - the apartment's beds can break while you sleep on it.
