Friendly staff, free drinks, & nice rooms right near the beach 😊 my only small complaint is the level of street/construction noise that can be heard from the bedroom windows, but it is a very busy area. Otherwise, great hotel for a great price in South Beach!!

Very nice and clean place. Enjoyed Netflix in the room.

Can't store luggage, early check-in counter requires $60 and can't swipe card, pay in cash, there is no hot water in the bathroom, no one answers the phone at the counter all night, no one handles it, go downstairs and ask the counter for drinking and tell me that there is no way to deal with the heat Water problem! The sound insulation is very poor, the music is very loud in the middle of the night, I can't sleep, the door lock is broken and I need to brush seven times to enter, the room is very dirty, there is a pile of garbage in the corridor, there is hair on the quilt, maybe there is no new quilt , very bad experience! ! (English is not good, but I hope no one else has encountered such a bad thing)

Location is great. Seemed to be clean, front desk was friendly. Can be noisy late into the night. Did not get wash clothes but all in all a pleasant stay.

The location is convenient and in a prime location, but it also charges a resort fee (US$34 per night). The house price is relatively affordable compared to this area, but the sanitary facilities are relatively old. There is no swimming pool, no gym, the room smells a bit musty, and the toilet is infested with cockroaches. There is a hookah bar on the first floor, which plays very loud music at night, which is more likely to be heard by those who live on the lower floors. The sound insulation effect is not good, and the voices in the corridor can be heard. A deposit of US$100 (mini bar and refrigerator) will be charged, and the deposit can only be paid by credit card, and cannot be given in cash. It will take 3-5 days after check-out to know whether the deposit has been refunded. This is relatively insecure for foreign tourists (I saw a Google review saying that the deposit was not refunded) The resort fee includes happy hour at the bar on the first floor, and one room can exchange for a small cocktail per day (5pm-8pm).

The room is clean, comfortable and spacious, the bedding is also very clean, and sleep is comfortable. Very close to the beach. At night, the bar street around is very lively and the price is not expensive. The law and order situation is good. The waiters are very friendly to the guests and can solve problems for the guests. All in all very satisfied.
