Burleigh Surf Apartments

Pemandangan laut adalah satu-satunya hal yang disukai dari apartemen ini. Apartemennya sudah ketinggalan jaman dan keran pancurannya tidak berfungsi dengan baik dan memerlukan waktu lebih dari 10 menit untuk mendapatkan air yang benar.

Sayangnya untuk kedua kalinya dalam 2 bulan akomodasi buruk pintu ke balkon dan kamar mandi rusak juga furnitur rusak. Juga kolam renang dan spa di luar batas atau airnya mengalir sangat hangat atau dingin. Juga banyak pemeliharaan yang terjadi

Recently we stayed here and had to leave. It was old broken down,mouldy, rusty,and noise over night we were not informed road works for light rail. Bed was like a hammock No kindness from management initially offered a credit for roa noise but then management reneged on that No soap or detergents. Allegedly 4star accommodation more like 2 star

If you took away the beach side location and coastal views, you’d be a fool to book this 1980’s twilight zoned Faulty Tower real life reboot. I booked a three bedrooms sub penthouse for myself and the family. The flat was large and airy, affording expansive view of the ocean. Beds were comfortable. However , everything about the the decore, furnishings and appliances screams tired, cheap, overused. Not a penny seems to have been reinvested to bring this place to the modern century. There is no going the extra mile- only extras provided are a couple of dollar shop sachets of washing up liquid and threadbare toilet paper. Towels must have been used and washed hundreds of times. Wi-Fi is that 2002 type that logs you out at every opportunity. But the most blah thing was the service. Reception is unprofessional to the point that the receptionist parked her own car in our parking slot and didn’t even apologise for it. A broken - super old- washing machine was not repaired by the handyman with not as much of an explanation. What’s not missing is the rules and regulations posters that cheaply cover the entire building - making sure that customers are left with the feeling they have just been ripped off and patronised at the same time. If you are looking to feel fabulous by the beach - avoid at all costs.

I like the property as it is right on the beach. The beach is good to walk on with a headland at each end plus Burleigh Heads to the South. The carpet in the unit needs to be cleaned.

Great place to stay, good amenities, beach, only issue is a lot of construction, renovating at the moment

Beautiful place, Amazing Location! However we stayed on the 17th floor and the windows did not have locks so not a good place to stay with children until this is fixed

We booked this hotel for the spa bath. However the bath didn’t work. Which was super disappointing. When we went to ask about the bath we were told it was broken and they were waiting for parts. No offer to change rooms or compensation. super disappointing and made the whole experience not fantastic. The beds were also super uncomfortable!

Perfect for the family! Could be all together or easily found our own space around the great floorplan. Loved our stay!
