Excellent hotel. Very friendly and polite staff. All are very professional. Food is perfect and tasty with a lot of choice. You find for everyone something. Rooms are clean............ I highly recommend this hotel+++++..............

Great location - convenient for the airport. Very good food with plenty of choice - Tunisian and European. Rooms clean, comfortable and spacious. Relaxed environment with staff very helpful and accommodating. Easy access onto the beach for walks.

Terrible hotel. Cockroaches everywhere, awful smell, dirty surroundings, and even dead animals on the beach. The food was absolutely dreadful. The staff seemed unmotivated and had difficulty communicating in English. If you're looking to enjoy your vacation, this is not the place.

We arrived at this hotel at 20:00 pm after a long day of travelling, The receptionist was extremely rude when checking in, left us waiting for them to sort a problem out which was their own fault. During this time dinner was nearly finished and they wouldn't let us go and grab some food (which we had paid for). Was also overcharged (double) with the holiday tax and it took 3 attempts to reception for them to realize it was a mistake on their behalf, hotel manager would not refund the money via card which is how I paid- would only give cash. Waiters in the dining area seemed to be lovely at the start, but if you didn't have any cash to tip them they would be rude and give filthy looks which made us feel uncomfortable. Hotel itself was very clean and tidy- cannot fault that, however the attitude on the staff was appauling which made our 7 night stay stressful and uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel with lots of facilities. A bit tired, could do with an overhaul. Air conditioning not the best,if it works at all!! Hotel guests were mainly French, very few English so everything was catered towards the French. No tea available in bars etc, plenty of coffee though. Nowhere near enough sun beds on beach. Had to be up at crack of dawn if you wanted one. Trips were very expensive and tailored towards making money Plenty of visits to markets,Burber villages and camel farms but not enough time spent at actual places of interest.

We did not choose this hotel, the hotel we chose was cancelled by Easy Jet as our hotel was undergoing major renovations. We went with open minds and arrived at 11 a.m. to be told the room would not be ready until 2 p.m. On arrival the welcome at reception was very basic and we were not given any information about the hotel and how things worked. Some of the staff were polite and friendly and some not so, we felt that because we were English we were treated differently to the French or German. The food was plentiful although repetitive a suggestion would be boiled eggs for breakfast. One of the days at lunch time we were totally ignored it was like the waiter could not be bothered and make us feel uncomfortable. The hotel needs an upgrade throughout it is dated, it would have been nice in it's day. A big thank you to the bar man at the beach he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and one waiter in the evening meal time.

Room: nice, good space and proper (we chose a Deluxe room) Food: very good, various, delicious meals, we appreciated the fresh juices at breakfast Servers: symphatic and they give you the feeling to care and to look after your needs, special thanks to the friendlyness and effectiv services of Jamle and Nasser in the main restaurant. Reception: emphaptic and ready to help - thanks Services: bar's, restaurants and coffe space nice, decorated with, all spaces are clean, little beach Sports: we came to play tennis, but the 4 courts are in a pitiable state. You cann't play on this ground ("potholes" and cavities)
