Hotel di Reforma, Mexico City

Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul! I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center were excellent. Great location too, close to all the main attractions. Overall, a wonderful hotel experience that I would absolutely recommend to others.

Environment: Good location, 1 minute away from the subway station, 711 or OXXO supermarkets in front and behind, roadside stalls in front of the hotel, you can try Taco, 5 minutes walk to KFC and a small square, all selling tourist products, by the way, 6 minutes walk nearby there is an M7 that can go directly to the entrance of the Museum of Humanity Dinner: The variety is quite rich, with tacos, fruits, etc. Hygiene: It is still very clean, the bed is big enough, and a bottle of mineral water is given

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the main attractions, and is considered the best hotel in Mexico City. The room was clean, the bed was a bit soft, the window could not be opened, and like most American and Mexican hotels, the shower head could not be removed for hand-held washing.

Good location and best service. Facilities can be old but it's worth of the price. Super convenient to all locations.

The front desk is very friendly, especially the uncle in the restaurant who can speak a word or two in Chinese. He knew that we were from China and needed tissues and brought them to us himself. The uncle at the front desk will also help with luggage and call taxis. The staff are very nice. The only drawback is that there is backflow in the bathroom, dirt will be found the next day, and a toothbrush is found in the toilet (I am sure it was not caused by us). Maybe it's just a problem with this room, I hope this can be improved

Great location. Accessible. The hotel itself is a museum, and theyve got a fancy music bar. Also has a good restaurant. Room service was 24/7 which is excellent for jetlag. The room however is quite dated. Bits of problems with the shower, but it's hot and cold. Frontdesk and room service speaks english.

Staying in Mexico City for two days, the location of the hotel is not much felt, but the hotel itself is very beautiful, the design is very strong, the hotel's buffet breakfast is also very good, the restaurant is also very beautiful, the hotel is very convenient to the largest museum in Mexico City
