I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was always friendly, and the room was clean and organized! The restaurant food and service were excellent.

The orchard house is a beautiful hotel set in probably the loveliest neighborhood in Mexico City. A five minute walk to the big park with all the museums. Shops and stores and restaurants are nearby and it is a beautiful and safe neighborhood to walk around. Very comfortable hotel, with a lovely restaurant. Great service and a beautiful spot.

Excellent property and staff . My second time staying here and I would highly recommend it. The new Aura restaurant is fantastic is a great option for lunch or dinner .

I liked the location. I liked the uniqueness of the hotel. The staff was awesome. There were ants in the bathroom. Lots of them. I should’ve received an upgrade and VIP amenities but did not. Wasn’t even offered. But a good stay overall.
