Ulasan JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Santa Fe

I rather go to Westin or Hilton right beside this hotel! The service was soooo poor. Had to pay for the Wifi.(been to many countries & many hotels and it was my first time) No tips, no service.:)

A super good experience stay in Santa Fe.

前台服務很不錯，酒店餐廳也很棒..就是接機服務太貴啦！對了，酒店的花灑真的要換換了！WI-FI不是免費的，可能是萬豪的痛點，收費還算合理..不過收費的WI-FI網速很快 看視頻不卡頓..還是推薦大家入住哦

Terrible rooms. I booked a KING room. Well Pleas everybody need to know the bed are NOT King Size all the beds in all of the category King room are QUEEN I even mesure them. The room is so small that is why they have a Queen bed and not KING, Pls do not book a KING room it is better to book 2 queen beds room, There is a Mirror next to the bed that reflects the TV when is on and that disturbs so much, There is no need to have a Bath Tub in the bathroom ! that makes the shower so small like a cruise ship cabin shower. It is a wasted space. The Westin next door (sister hotel) has no tub and the bathrooom is great the shower so spacious. The shower head at the JW is old and so bad condition they need new ones. Average terrible stay. So happy was only 1 night stay. People at the front desk are so nice. Sorry for my complaint but Defenitely stay at the WESTIN.

Staff and location great; but the building looks kind of old and deteriorated, and definitely not clean.

Beautiful hotel, did experience some problems with the shower drain and tv remote. Staff was sent to fix shower and exchange tv set.

It is a good hotel located in the Santa Fe commercial/ business district. Hotel is good, the service by Juan on the 14 th floor business lounge was top notch.

Staff was very attentive. The location was great for exploring Santa Fe.
