pretty "pricy" for Mexico ! Breakfast was nice , & service great , but you have eliminated the MEAT ! Have stayed here 4 or 5 times in the past 2 years , and EVERY toilet seat has been loose or very shaky . Only one English TV station?

Fantastic hotel, amazing location! You have everything close, even walk to restaurants and plazas. Super clean, great service and so comforting rooms.

Excelente hotel y excelente instalaciones. Lo único que tendrían que hacer es capacitar con servicio al cliente. Hay mucho errores desde la parte de recepción, hasta la persona de limpieza del cuarto.

This was our second stay and can’t see myself staying anywhere else when traveling to Mexicali. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Everywhere we went throughout the hotel it was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with many options for kids and adults. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area from restaurants to movie theaters. Border crossing is minutes away. We highly recommend this place.

I had a very good experience I love the location. The rooms are very big and spacious. Would recommend this place to all my friends and family. Very comfortable and clean.

Pool does not have a heater which was a turn down my kid’s could not go inside the pool water was too cold. We usually always stay where pools have heaters!.
