Writing this review, after more than a month, as we had a lot of travel in the middle. But all the memories are still a fresh. As it was our first stay with our little puppy, I had so many questions and Simran happily answered all of them. I did the call a day prior to the check in - and she was very very helpful, understood all my special requirements and arranged everything accordingly. Big thanks to her. And then Rishika - at the Check in desk - was very helpful with the check in process with my husband. We booked 2 rooms , with an extra bed in each. My In-laws were celebrating their anniversary, and they can’t take the stairs, so one of the room was on the Ground Floor with the Pool and our room was on the first floor (had the outdoor sitout area) in the opposite block. Both the rooms were very big and had a separate living area, bathtub. Loved the lighting, the royal interiors, the soft linen. The hotel property is huge and very well maintained, It truly stands by the name “Grand”. As we had a Private Pool, we did not get the time to use the common pool, But I did use the Steam Room, in the Reception Block, and it was truly beyond words. There was a separate pool there in the Spa, looking at it I wished if sometime I can come back with the Girl Gang. Every corner of the Hotel was very good and well maintained. The next morning, we did the tour of the property in the Buggy, and also used the Club - played some Squash, TT and other stuff. It was really a wonderful and quick visit. We forgot our charger for the portable Music system, Manish from the Post Check out Team, helped us, and sent it back to our home by Courier. Chef Arpita made delicious pancakes during our breakfast. Big thanks to everyone who went over and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. .
