The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the pier, it is very convenient for two stops from the railway station; but the check in is quite troublesome, the front desk is in another place, and the door of the apartment is not easy to find. It is in a very narrow alley. Big! ! The infrastructure is OK, but the elevators everywhere in Italy are really scary... Front desk is super friendly A more novel experience The facilities in the hotel are very clean, the decoration is very new, and the facilities are quite textured. It's warm! However, the hotel reception is to go up a long staircase, and the mindful friends can avoid it.

The location is good. It can be reached by a leisurely walk for ten minutes from both Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge, but it is quiet in the middle of the noisy. There are no crowds elsewhere, and there are the singing and musical instruments of the boatman passing downstairs. The hotel room as a whole exceeded expectations and the space was large. The presecco presented by the owner was very delicious. Breakfast was a table with many people, and it tasted good.

ロケーションはSanta Lucianaから徒歩と水上バスを使い30分。最寄りの水上バス方面は観光客が少なくて落ち着いている、逆側のサンマルコ大聖堂側にあるいていくと観光客が増える。サンマルコ大聖堂までは徒歩20分弱。 部屋は古くバスルームも新しくはない。

Very beautiful and clean boutique hotel, clear and simple checkin instructions for us even as we got there after regular hours. Staff was very friendly and helpful, would happily stay here again.
