Location, location location! Best hotel to stay outside of Venice. Bus stop across the street and 100m to the left under fwy(#7 bus). $1.5e to city center. Front desk staff is wonderful and very helpful. Wonderful buffet breakfast where the staff makes sure food is replenished.

Large rooms, friendly service and great restaurant. Much better value for your money compared to hotels in Venice proper. No problem getting to Venice by bus. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel with a very friendly staff. The restaurant was amazing and breakfast was good. The only flaw was the bed was a little hard and the pillows were thin. Bathroom was roomy with a soaking tub! Location was easy to travel into the island of Venice, and we were able to buy the bus tickets at the front desk. We actually bought a 24 hour ticket for 25 euros that included the water bus. Overall, if I ever visit Venice again, I will stay at this location.

The hotel is modern and set in pleasant grounds, quiet and a relief from the hustle and bustle of Venice in high season. The room was large with a big bed and lots of the space. The bath was handy to soak those tired limbs after walking around Venice. Staff are friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced for Venice area. The bus stop for buses to Venice is just across the road and tickets were available from the front desk. The downside is that it takes 25 minutes by bus to Venice Island and each trip we made was in a ram packed bus, standing room only not unlike the tube in rush hour. This was a shame as otherwise I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We stayed there for a couple of nights and it's a perfect place to visit Venice. It's 30 minutes from the island by bus (ticket 1.50€), so much better than paying 35€ for the parking and a hotel in the island where probably you must carry your luggage for 30-40 minutes to get there. The place has a free parking and a good restaurant and the rooms are great and clean. Also, the guy that works there in the afternoon is so nice!

This hotel has great accommodations and an even better staff. The food in the restaurant was excellent. I would recommend staying here if you want to be near the airport while visiting Venice.

We try to always book here when we stay in Venice area. Located close to everything. Great rooms, great food, great service. Consistently delivers a great stay.

great stay at this hotel. very kind, and easy to get to Venice by bus (every 10 minutes, 20 min ride), without the hussle of luggage over bridges etc... Clean, kind, spatious, close to airport and to Venice. so kind that when we got back from the day in Venice, there was a gift and poster for our daughters birthday... incredible! thank you strongly recommend it. A wonderful hotel located close by to a bus stop into venice island The hotel ambiance is relaxing , enjoyable and calm Parking is free , room is super clean and modern looking. Comfortable and pleasent. Reception desk team are extremely helpful and kind. Next time i am in Venice , i am coming back here !

Can't rate this gem of a hotel highly enough. Easy access, friendly and helpful staff, clean and good sized rooms and excellent onsite restaurant which I used for my 2 night stay (which I rarely do). Would definitely recommend and stay again if visiting the area.
