The cleaning crew were overly loud while cleaning, we were trying to sleep in but at 7am they were moving strong.

The hotel was a pigsty. Trash cans overflowing, one being behind the registration desk. The floors were dirty and it smelled like trash. After talking to the front desk, they didn’t care that we were disgusted by the filthy conditions. When we got to our room it was dirty so we returned to the front desk and had our reservation canceled. There was no way we were going to stay in this filthy place.

Checkin was smooth, got to my room and it was disgusting. The hotel moved me to a second room and it was a little better but still disgusting. Finally, third times a charm.

The property was great and the staff was nice and very accommodating. The only thing that we didn't like was the closet or lack there of in the room. It was actually bhind the curtain beside the window.

The service was no great , didn’t get what I booked , the remote wasn’t working , called twice and no one cared to get some batteries for such an easy fix. The room was the handicap accessible room with two queens instead of 1 king non smoking room. Didn’t expect to pay for parking. On a good note the room was clean and well kept as well as the area.

I stayed at the property to attend an out of town basketball game. The staff was friendly and helpful, room was very clean, and the property was cared for.
Not the most picturesque neighborhood, but convenient to the highway and East Dallas.
If I needed to be in that part of the city for a future game, I would def stay there again.
