Approximately 10 minutes from Downtown Dallas, Deep Ellum and Baylor University Medical Center. 4 mi West of Town East Mall and 20 mins from North Park Mall. 3 mi from the Dallas Arboretum and White Rock Lake. Fully stocked kitchen w/cooking essentials and coffee bar along with high speed internet. House Rules – Please Read Carefully 1. No Parties – Absolutely no parties or events are allowed on the property. 2. No Unauthorized Guests – Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. 3. An extra guest fee will be added to your reservation. 4. No Pets – Due to severe allergies, we cannot accommodate any pets, including service animals and emotional support animals. 5. No Smoking – Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, pipes, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home. 6. 7. Toilets – Please do not flush baby wipes, feminine hygiene products, or anything other than toilet paper. Doing so may cause plumbing damage. If a maintenance professional is dispatched due to this, you will be invoiced on-site and expected to pay directly. 8. Grease Disposal – Do not pour cooking grease into the sink or drains. This can cause serious plumbing issues. Guests will be held financially responsible for any resulting damage or repairs. 9. Hours of Communication – Our normal business hours are 10 AM to 6 PM. We respond to messages in the order they are received. 10.
