My tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!! Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund

Property is close to restaurants. All within walking distance. The only draw back was the room cleaning for longer stays. They don’t service the room every day unless you call them. They refresh the room every third day. How ever they on clean areas that don’t have personal items on it. The desk if you have keys or a towel on there they will not refresh, your bed if you have your own pillow on the bed they will not refresh. Only down point.

Finally a GREAT NIGHT STAY! They do have a deposit, but it’s only $20. It’s refundable of course and they take Apple Pay. The front desk guys are awesome. Friendly and don’t make you feel rushed or like you’re bothering them. The room was very clean, the beds were comfy. They have a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room. WiFi worked great, tv was great. All around a very very long awaited GOOD stay somewhere without any issues. And check out is at 12pm. Which is nice to get that extra hour. They also do offer late checkout for a fee. Great stay will stay there again as soon as possible. I wish they had a rewards system tho, or if they do I didn’t notice it anywhere.

The staff was very friendly, and check-in was a breeze. I loved the lobby and the pool. However, my room was a little outdated with cracks in the sink, toilet paper stuffed in the peep hole of the door, and an odd smell in the room. Other than that, I enjoyed the convenience of the hotel being close to the airport, dining, and a movie theater.

Decent stay Nothing against the hotel. We booked when there was several tournaments going on in the area. So there was a lot of uncontrolled kids everywhere. The pool closed at 10pm but there were kids there until midnight still being loud

When we first arrived I was excited about our stay. The hotel seemed very nice upon arriving, but as we were going to our room you could see all their money was put into the lobby. When we tried getting into our rooms right after checking in, the keycards were not working well. It took 2 new keycards during our stay because they just weren’t working. Then going into the room you have to pull the handle up instead of down. The room was pretty dirty under the bathroom counter, by the desk, the chair was badly stained, the bathtub was clogged with water not draining correctly, there was stains on the sheet, the toilet paper was awful. The first night a group of teenagers pounded on our door and went to hide by their room and when caught tried to deny it. The third night, our key stopped working again so we had to go replace it again. Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience. I would definitely opt for another hotel in the future.

The staff were very nice and customer service friendly. We were leaving at 2:30 AM and because we would be missing breakfast, there were two paper bags made for us which included a bottled water, muffin, apple, yogurt with a spoon, and a cutie. To us, that action showed true customer service. The king bed was comfortable, the room was clean, our room faced the highway which we could hear the traffic but there was a Mountain View!
