Buruk

We were traveling for a funeral and it was the best location to where we were needing to be. Upon arrival it looked questionable as their pool is no longer available (completely covered up). There is only ONE exit and entry. The TV was not working in our room and unfortunately the individual at the front desk was THE ONLY person on shift and couldn’t help us. We had an elderly couple with us and couldn’t move them around too much after a long time traveling to the area. It was frustrating, as a person who tries to work their way through for others and charging $150 on top of the paid stay time to open the room to an almost falling shower head, lots of dents and cracks on the wall and a missing Smoke Alarm. Questionable for the pricing. I couldn’t ask for any type of accommodation because upon checking out, the individual for the morning shift did not show up.

The breakfast is too simple, also after 8:45 am, almost nothing left!
We register for two people, always only one set of towels, always. We are returning customer, visiting Merced at least once a month for years. Thank you.
