The receptionist was kinda bad because he wasn’t so enthusiastic about his guests wishes and fined for each hotel nights instead of the whole period visit that was originally in the contract in the booking process in Accors website. This made it much more expensive and we the guests got more confused by this (a miscommunication between the hotel itself and Accors organization?) . When we checked out earlier than our stay period, he and the cleaners were accusing us for checking out too late, but that wasn’t even the case because he was mistaken by our choice. Also the cleaners ignored tidying and fixing the third upper bed in the room when we wanted our room clean. The breakfast was too sweet and much less options than other Ibis budget hotels. So nah, bad system, bad communication, but good location.
