Rvhotels Sea Club Menorca

We visited with the family on the 14 June for two weeks. We reserved two junior suites and one hotel room. The junior suites were very spacious and there was plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe for all your clothes including long dresses. We didn’t see the hotel room but the two teen girls were more than happy. The food was excellent with a great selection on offer. Plenty of dessert options and the ice cream was the best I have tasted in a long while. The entertainment was good although would have preferred an earlier start for the main event . Met some lovely people to socialise with. We have visited Menorca many times over the years and would not hesitate to return to the Mediterrani maybe in 2026. A huge thank you to all the staff and management you were amazing.

We had a great experience at the hotel during our holiday with 5 people. Starting with the reception team, they were very kind and helpful whenever we needed them. The room was spacious, clean, and incredible considering the price we paid. However, we didn't have a view, which is understandable due to the high demand. The air conditioning in the C block needs some improvement, but overall we were happy with the 3 rooms we booked. The location was fantastic, right next to the beach with an amazing sunset. The beautiful pool area was quiet and relaxing with no kids around. The only downside was the restaurant. The staff were unfriendly and rude to the guests, except for Hamza from the buffet who was incredibly welcoming and made our holiday enjoyable. The food was okay overall, except for the undercooked chicken. Despite the restaurant experience, we recommend this hotel and will definitely come back. Warm greetings.

Very quiet place, great view from the room, a few minutes far walking from Cap De Gil, panoramic point of the cliffs, which is part of the Camí de Cavalls hiking path, running all along the coast of the island. Position: yes) Ciutadella is less than 10 minutes far driving; no) no attractive beaches close to it, need to drive at least 40 minutes. The room looks nice overall, but it's not difficult to face maintenance failures and find unkempt details, which anyway could be easily fixed (scratched walls above the cooking corner, worn-out hob, outdated bathtub). The gardens and outer parts are well maintained instead. Sorry to claim that the most negative feedback is about cleaning: 1) the apartment is not regularly cleaned and it could happen that you have to ask for clean towels (in ten days bed-linen was never changed); 2) a lot of flaws in the dining room and buffet set-up: dirty floor already at breakfast time, dirty cluterly and chipped stoneware. With a proper improvement in terms of cleaning and regular maintenance, especially indoor (rooms & public areas), the hotel will surely benefit since, sorry to say, the current status it's not 4 stars worthy at all.

This super 3 star is an excellent place to play and spend time with people you love , Excellent layout of apartments makes you feel in a lovely village with the pool at it centre, with the restaurant offering a verity of food which should satisfy everyone tastes, Pool towels offered on arrival with a small charge to change over your stay and entertainment Saturday night which would suit most people and with the excellent team of people working at the accommodation it's a good choice 👍

We stayed 10 days in this hotel with half-board included (breakfast and dinner buffet). The hotel facilities are old and dated, even though the furniture is quite new (with the exception of the kitchen that was only painted recently, it even smells old). While we were there, part of the ceiling of the bathroom, above the shower, fell during the night. It was freshly painted right away, but still, this is a sign that the hotel desperately needs a make over. The warm water of the shower doesn't last for two showers in a row so we had to take turns for both to get hot water every other day while showering. The every day cleaning is not good. The cleaners only make the beds and wash the floor. For example, the kitchen table was left untouched, dirty with dust and crumbs every day and they forget to leave clean towels often. We stayed in an apartment in block B so while the living room was facing the sea (but in front of the recycling center) the bedroom was facing the machinery of the reception/restaurant. The noise was super loud and constant so we could not open the window, not even at night for some fresh air. We had to sleep every day with the aircon on. They also have this sunset bar in front of the sea which is open every night and is quite nice, but we were only there once as the drinks are over expensive. The food was a pleasant surprise. Both the night and the morning buffets were quite complete with a lot of options and quite tasty food. However, and this was a big deal for us, the staff of the restaurant became clearly sick while we were there. Surprisingly they kept serving the guests while sneezing and coughing on them and on the food of the buffet without even wearing a mask. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE nowadays. It made us feel very uncomfortable and we even skipped some meals with the fear of getting sick. This is clearly not a 4 start hotel. I would say 3* instead with a lot of room for improvement.

HABITACIONES: Recientemente reformados los dormitorios. Más que reformados, tienen un lavado de cara pero para lo que es (estar con amigos o en familia) está bien. Los baños necesitan reforma. Sobre todo las bañeras y las cortinas de la bañera tienen como moho. La cocina tiene que reformarse también un poco. Más que nada que, personalmente, no me da seguridad no tener vitrocerámica y en su lugar tener cocina de gas. Por otro lado, la terraza con unas vistas al mar preciosas y a la mejor puesta de sol. Incréible el sol aquí de verdad. Para aparcar genial (pero no vayas en la puesta de sol) COMIDA: Íbamos con media pensión: desayuno y cena. El desayuno tenía carencias la verdad. A mí me faltaba jamón aunque sea del malo. Y sobraba tanto dulce, grasa de palma a tope, y las tortitas eran muy normales. El gofre algo mejor. El café (capuchino en mi caso) nunca me bebí más de la mitad. Los huevos revueltos tenían aspecto de pegote cuadrado. En lo que respecta a la cena. Yo no volvería a tomar cena en este hotel. Entiendo que el precio que tiene la calidad no va a ser la mejor del mundo. Pero ya no es que la calidad fuera tambaleante en ciertos casos, sino que algunas veces hemos probado comida incomible y además no era saludable estrepitosamente. Hubo ensaladas como la de humus que estaba riquísima. La fruta o el asado también estaban muy ricos. No me parece NADA BIEN que pidas un vaso de agua y no te lo den, cuando desde la entrada en vigor Ley de Residuos y Suelos Contaminados para una Economía Circular el pasado abril de 2022 tienen la obligación de dártela. En su lugar daban agua de botella y aquí lo PEOR: CASI 5 € EL LITRO DE AGUA. Una pasada. El ultimo día me llevé mi propia botella de agua (8L por 80 cnts en mercadona). Finalmente, destacar EL SERVICIO: - CRISTIAN muy amable y encantador. - Los cocineros desbordados pero hacían todo lo que estaba en su mano. - Las LIMPIADORAS. OLE POR ELLAS. ME DEJÉ LA CARTERA CON EL DINERO DEL VIAJE ENCIMA DE LA MESITA DE NOCHE SIN QUERER. NO TOCARON ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA. ME CAMBIABAN LAS TOALLAS. ME HACÍAN LA CAMA SÚPER BIEN. SALUDABAN CADA DÍA AMABLEMENTE. SIN DUDA UN MUST EN ESTE HOTEL. Por ellas y por el esfuerzo de algunos empleados les doy 4/5. Pero no sé si está a la altura de un 4 estrellas.
