Perched over the Albion River with a bird's eye view of the historic Albion River Bridge and cove beyond for sunsets over the ocean. The sun rises over the river. As the house is carved into a hillside, there is one entrance from the driveway to a vestibule where there is the door to the unit and a separate door to the main house. Large Sprinter type vans nor pickup trucks can use the turntable and will have to be backed down the driveway and there is a space below the property to do a three point turn to drive back up the road.
