Hotel Hiemer

Very good

The hotel is located over 1.5km from the city gate of Memmingen. An old-fashioned hotel but it was fine. It can be walked in 20-25 minutes. This is doable when it is not raining! The hotel lies in a residential area but you hardly see anybody! I honestly do not know how the hotel survives financially. There were only a few guests there when I was there. I was given a double room which was comfortable especially the sofa chair beside the bed! Altogether the room was fine and everything functioned. I need to be honest here. I walked into Memmingen but came back to the hotel to have evening dinner. I was stunned to find nobody there. The waitress God bless her had no customers for almost 3 hours!!!! It pretty much sums up the hotel in how does it survive!? The meal itself was fine. Breakfast was an ordinary affair. To be honest, it did the job and there was enough meat, cheese, bread & cerals but no great selection. There is a lovely forest area 2km away from the hotel. I don't regret staying here but I doubt I will be back.

Vero che questi Hotel di provincia seno sempre un po' vecchiotti e old fashion ma hanno una accoglienza ed una pulizia mediamente elevata e sempre un prezzo che al confronto in Italia proprio non esiste. Poi certo la colazione è tipicamente tedesca senza le fette di torta e molto prosciutto. Ma questa è la Germania non la Sicilia,
