Buena habitacion de tamaño. El servicio muy bien y muy atentos. El desayuno muy bueno. El baño muy antiguo (es el unico defecto). Y la limpieza le damos un aprobado justo.
Informo al hotel que deberia saber los lios que se forman en el aeropuerto de Memmingen, para que recomienden a sus clientes al menos ir con dos horas de antelacion al aeropuerto. Supongo que dependerá del numero de vuelos que haya ese dia. En nuestro caso un desastre, por lo pelos no perdimos el vuelo. Nos abrieron la puerta de embarque para subir al autobus, fuimos los ultimos y se quedo mucha gente en tierra.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return again. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, but I especially want to highlight Idi, who truly made a lasting impression. From the moment I arrived, Idi was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed — whether it was arranging transportation, offering local recommendations, or simply checking in to see how my day was going. Idi’s professionalism and warm personality added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and kind in the hospitality industry, and I can’t thank him enough for making my stay so pleasant. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located, but it’s the exceptional service — especially from Idi — that will bring me back. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Memmingen for a night to visit a friend, and booked it last minute. Because of a long journey we arrived slightly after the due check-in hours and were slightly puzzled as to how we were meant to enter the hotel. Luckily however, the employee that just left saw us arrive and showed us how to enter and gave us the keycard from the ‘safe’ in-front of the entrance. The room was clean, and did not have major issues, other than maybe the bed was slightly crammed into the corner so one side did not have room for a bed side table, however this is not a big issue. The TV was around 6 meters away from the bed, and wasn’t the largest, so seeing what was on was difficult. The bath room was not modern - however clean. As we arrived late and we could not use the hotel parking, we had to use a parking garage which had some sort of ‘deal’ with the hotel, where guests can use it for cheaper. However I still had to pay 7 euros for an overnighter there, where I am assuming that the hotel car park is for free - if I am wrong please feel free to correct me on that. At the check-out, a different employee did not ask us how our stay was and they didn’t seem as if they would have liked us to be there in the first place. Good, reliable small hotel in one of my favourite spits on the planet. I have stayed here many times and will do so again. Rooms are fairly small and simply appointed. Bathrooms work well, but I’ve marked them down due to the paucity of decent towels in the room. Too few, too small and a bit threadbare. Everything else is fine though

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They ensure that you are enjoying your stay at the hotel and are always ready for any question or request from you. The rooms are clean, have smart TVs and have everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the pillows too. Definitely would recommend staying at this hotel.

We booked a quadruple room but were given a small pokey double. We were told the elevator was broken only AFTER they took our money, we had to carry very heavy luggage up several flights of stairs to the very top floor and it was only then we discovered they had given us the wrong room. Requests to speak to management were denied and we were denied a refund (which was our statutory right as we were mis-sold a product, in this case, room), the experience worsened my partners arthritis. We were eventually given a larger room on the ground floor ‘as a compromise’ (?!!) but it was still not a quadruple, it had one double bed and a strange single mattress balancing on a box (?) picture included here. No usable single bed or sofa bed, it was just a bigger version of the poky room they gave us originally at the top of the hotel. The review I wrote has been concealed from their pages on the room booking app I used (only good reviews appear the only way you get to see bad reviews is by filtering), this just adds to the fact that this is a disingenuous outfit who mis-sell rooms to the unsuspecting public then refuse to help them or acknowledge their complaints. Soured our entire experience of Memmingen.

Solid hotel, with very pleasant and kind staff, especially on reception and in a bar on the evening. I was just little surprised when I come in the morning on breakfast, it was solid, but faraway from European standard for four starts hotel. Rooms are ready for renovations, but was very clean. Where is the bar in room? Fantastic position with free parking in central of town. Owner, think about renovations….

This is in no way a 4 star hotel (2 star motel) with no AC on hot day , very ordinary who is giving 5 rating to this ? Run down beds and sheeting and towels with timy bathroom, very small motel don’t be fooled by rating. Wast able to get a hold of manger as he wasn’t picking up phone ( or they were liking they are connecting him) … avoid unless you get it less that 60$

This hotel is excellent and very comfortable. A superb location, a five minute walk from the train station, a two minute walk from the main square. The staff were great, very friendly. The breakfast is delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.
