Excellent location. All branded shoppings & fine dinings are within walking distance. Hotel staff are extremely friendly & helpful. l would rate their service better than those from Park Hyatt Melbourne. Only complaint was the poor sound proof. l can hear noices from neighbouring room clearly. This is a let down that the hotel gotta look into it.

This is the funniest Pullman hotel I've ever stayed in. It's small and I can't believe this is the Pullman hotel I've stayed in several times in China before. The orientation of the hotel room is also very bad. You can see the walls of other houses and the light is relatively dim. The breakfast is OK, and the front desk service is OK. The location is pretty good, right in Melbourne's Chinatown, which is a relatively prosperous place.

Advantages: The hotel environment is very unique and you can check in and take photos. The breakfast is delicious. The location is excellent and the attractions in CBD are within walking distance. There are Chinese speakers at the front desk and the restaurant, so the communication is smooth. Regrets: The room is very small, not even 22 square meters as indicated on the page. The facilities are relatively old. One of the two rooms I booked had a broken air conditioner, but fortunately it was upgraded and the room was large with a street view. The sliding rail of the other wardrobe door broke when it was pulled, but fortunately the hotel found it in time and came to repair it. Good service! It was quite a surprise to watch the wedding scene!

The hotel is three stars plus, but due to the Australian Open, the room rate is very expensive, more expensive than the five-star hotel I stayed in Sydney, and it does not include breakfast, so I think it is not worth it. There are a lot of bad things. The room is not big, and the bathroom is even smaller. I don’t know if the bath towel should be thrown on the ground after taking a shower, anyway, there is no basket or anything to put it. I stayed for eight nights and basically didn’t change the sheets because there was a stain on the sheets that had always been there. I didn’t point it out, and I thought that the one I slept on might be cleaner than the one I changed. I don’t trust this hotel very much. The bed was also made in a mess, and the mattress was off to where it went, and it was not made straight, so I pulled it myself every day. The cups were not cleaned, and there were tea stains. With such an expensive room rate, even free bottled water was not provided, and I bought water to drink every day.

The location is very good. It is only 10 minutes walk from Southern Cross. Skybus goes directly to the airport. The street in the middle of the ancient building is very beautiful. The breakfast is also good. The facilities are a little old, but the maintenance is OK. The area is also large enough.

Came here as a ‘staycation’ for one night to celebrate my partners birthday. Service was good, the reception team made us feel so welcomed. Room was clean and the view of the river and bay was superior, as the name of this room type described. 10/10 👍🏼 we also used the gym which had a nice view too!

The hotel service is very enthusiastic, the rooms are large, the facilities are slightly old, but the functions are complete, it is close to the park, the environment is beautiful, and there are few businesses nearby. It is suitable for chartered or group travel options.

I want to give this hotel 10 stars!!! I booked a 6-night stay in Melbourne on a business trip. I was really satisfied with the stay and felt friendly and loved~ 1. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It is just behind Melbourne Town Hall. You can walk to Collins Street, City Center and Chinatown for shopping and dining. There are two large parks in front and next to it, and there are full of coffee shops opposite 2. The hotel has a guide dog named Mr. Walker, who was raised by the Victorian Guide Dog Organization. He came to the hotel when he was over 1 year old and became the guide dog ambassador of the hotel! He patrols the lobby for one hour every day from Monday to Saturday at 10:30 am and 15:30 pm! Help special people in need. The dog was raised by the staff's love. He is now over nine years old and very strong. He is quiet at work and very lively after work. The staff said that he would go for a walk, take a bath and sleep after dinner every day. 3. The staff are very friendly and answer all questions. There are also several Chinese staff members who are expected to provide better help. 4. The hotel room is too big, much bigger than several accommodations of the same brand and price in Australia! 5. The hotel has its own tennis court, which is charged by the hour, but I didn't go there. It looks very big from the room. 6. The sanitation is super good. The auntie cleans up every time and provides drinking water. This is my first time in Melbourne. It's a really great city! I will come to see this dog named Walker again.

The whole experience is simply superb! Staffs are friendly and helpful who target to fulfil all of our requests as much as possible! Location is also good, near to trams, close to queen victoria market. Only pity is we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the facilities!!
