The hotel’s location is truly the best, minutes walk away from major attractions and tram stops. However, the hotel’s service is far from perfect. For all 4 nights of my stay, the 2nd lift was not working so getting to the ground floor took forever. Furthermore, there is no toothpaste and when requesting for it - they only give a tiny portion which takes at least 20 minutes to come to your room. Overall, nice but definitely not 4 stars to me.

Quincy is located at a very convenience place. Close to the train station, Southern Cross, basically in the city, and just mins walk to any restaurant & stores. I arrived early and the staffs there is accommodating and friendly. Eventhou there isnt any rooms for me to early check in, staff offered to help store my luggage and do the paper work first while I go have breakfast. And called me about 1 hour after saying my room is ready. Love Quincy and would recommend to stay in Melb.

Quincy was definitely the best hotel during my trip in Austrailia. All the staffs were lovely. I loved the room service and club lounge the Q. I was kinda moved by Happy hour. They offer oysters!!! The breakfast foods at the restaurant was so great. I cant forget the taste of the vetnamese rice cake. Im gonna visit again when i go back to melbourne.

Relatively new property. Love the room, its big and bright with surrounded floor to ceiling windows. Very near the main train station but not many food options around. A stone throwaway from the river and walkable to both shopping outlets. Only con is long wait for the lift. Staff are wonderful! Housekeeping need to be improved though. Overall a comfortable stay.

Everything was fantastic about our stay. The swipe cards for the rooms were a little touchy and stopped working so we had to have them reissued twice. Other than that smoothe sailing for our stay

The hotel room is small, similar to the environment of ordinary domestic chain hotels. However, the location is good. It is across the bridge to the South Bank and close to the city. The biggest disadvantage is that the floor-to-ceiling glass in the room is very poorly soundproofed, which makes it very noisy when sleeping at night. There is a main road downstairs. The washbasin is very small. Because the early flight arrived very early, the hotel brother allowed early check-in. Thank you very much.

The room is small and the dust cleaning is not very good (rhinitis is sensitive to dust). But the location is quite convenient.

Generally speaking, there is nothing wrong with the room. The location is excellent. It is in the free area of ​​​​the bus. It is very convenient to go to the airport bus and Tangren Express. There are many bars downstairs and it is very lively at night. It's just that holidays on Fridays and Saturdays in big cities are more expensive. If you stay on Fridays and Saturdays, the room rate is astonishing. It’s better to book in advance.

A cup of coffee is provided after check-in, which is a relatively rare service. The interior of the hotel has a sense of design, distinctive features, and the location is convenient. The breakfast is a set meal and tastes very good.
