Bangunan ini konon merupakan pengembangan campuran antara pertokoan, kantor, dan tempat tinggal. Tidak ada pertokoan maupun kantor. Bangunan ini tampak agak sepi. Namun, unit hunian tempat kami menginap nyaman, bersih, dan luas. Pembersihan tidak dilakukan setiap hari. Kami hanya menginap selama 2 malam, dan itu tidak masalah bagi kami. Kami akan mempertimbangkan untuk menginap di sini lagi mengingat harganya yang terjangkau.

Memesan Suite dengan Kolam Renang Pribadi. Tempatnya luar biasa. Layanan pelanggannya sangat baik. Namun, kolam renang pribadinya agak kotor, tetapi itu bukan masalah besar bagi saya. Dilengkapi dengan tempat parkir mobil gratis. Tempat parkir mobilnya berada di dalam gedung itu sendiri, jadi sangat nyaman. Ada toko swalayan di lantai bawah. Jadi Anda bisa membeli makanan, dll. Ada juga toko 7-11 di dekatnya. Tempat ini tidak jauh dari tempat makan. Suasananya sangat damai dan menenangkan. Kami benar-benar menikmati masa tinggal kami di sini dan kami pasti akan kembali suatu hari nanti. Terima kasih banyak atas layanannya yang luar biasa 🙏🏼

A very clean and nice stay with unblocked sea view from 24th floor of tower B, the instruction to collect the key was at the attic mart where we can also buy snacks to eat. The kids loved the pool, during the afternoon hours, some area of the pool was shaded and overlooked the sea.

Enjoyed our trip. Other than the toilet alittle jam or slow flushing the rest all consider decent and affordable stay.

Splendid standard for its interior, with lovely view outside. Great spacious apartment with good beddings and shower area. Worth visiting for families having a vacation in Melaka!

Service is not that good. When we received the room on day one, the aircon was not working at all and they sent someone to service the aircon while we were out. Only to know after coming back is still not cold. Requested to change the room was turned down saying all rooms are fully booked. Only on the second day, we changed to another room when the Aircon was working properly. I wished that the hotel staff would have checked the Aircon whether it was working properly before letting us stay as the weather is really hot outside.

My third time book this resident stay.Security was well manner every time when u pass by them they will gave u a greet.Clean place and a very nice view

Overall is good condition. Cozy and nice place. However the whole residence development is bit running down. empty mall at below.
