Receptionists were very helpful, efficient and friendly, Location is very convenient and surrounding environments were beautiful.Room were clean and Bed were hard and good for my backache. I will no hesitations to recommend my friends to stay in this hotel

Really great traditional style hotel, everything in great condition, clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the usual Chinese buffet but it actually felt like some care had gone into it, including the chef cooking your noodles live. The only downside was the temperamental wifi. Other than that, thoroughly recommended.

The location is convenient. It is just across the river from Jiaying Ancient Town. The river view is beautiful. It is nice to take a long walk after dinner in the evening. The transportation is not far from the high-speed rail station, about 20 yuan. The facilities are good. The staff are polite and smiling. The Sanjidi soup for breakfast is delicious. The food is good. Not too many varieties but delicious enough. The hygiene is also good. The place is clean and tidy. I will patronize it next time.

We travelled in a group of 8 people and we came back here because some of us had stayed at this hotel on previous occasions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though not all the staff at the reception are fluent in English, they will go out of their way to assist you through the use of Wechat or a translate app. I cannot reallly comment on the breakfast as I only had coffee … freshly grinded beans and drip which was good. Some rooms had the smell of cigarette and so it would be nice if the hotel could cater for non smoking rooms. Beds were comfortable, Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Tickets for Hakka Town: unlimited number of times. The room is in the town, with a villa architectural design. The roof is tiled on the 5th floor. The hygiene is OK, but it smells a bit musty. It may be because there are many wooden furniture in the room. The ventilation is not timely and it is a bit damp. It may be because the guests who stayed all day just checked out. It can be seen that the details of management are not detailed. The staff who clean the room should be required to ventilate the room after cleaning it, and spray it with aromatherapy. It is recommended to add a disposable shaver or razor instead of some bagged coffee, and it is better to add one or two bags (the cover can be advertised); it is recommended that tourists living in the town must check in before 9 pm, otherwise you can't see the performance inside! Overall, the experience is still very good, especially the ticket to the town is free, otherwise it is not worth the room price!
