It has cathedral ceilings, woods, nearby trails, close Chippewa Lake access, nearby Marina for boating and fishing needs/grocery, nearby Haymarsh with a Loon habitat, and is set back in a private lake association neighborhood. Guest access The full home is available for use. No basement access.
