房間總體比較滿意，酒店位置也不錯，周邊值得一逛，但是前台服務很一般！

No puedo valorar más que de excelente el trato del personal. Tuve problemas de salud y se comportaron muy cercanos y atentos. La ubicación dentro de Malinas está bien y las instalaciones cubren con las necesidades que a título personal exigía. Le quito un punto en la valoración de limpieza por el uso de moqueta, no porque estuviese sucia ni mucho menos, la limpieza se merece un 5 también pero sé que es de vital importancia para personas con alergias y otros impedimentos con ella. Recomiendo enormemente sobre todo por el servicio y personal. Repetiría sin duda.

It was a great stay with good service overall, the room was comfortable, the front desk girls at our arrival were superb. The breakfast is good, however I wish you would’ve thought about options for people with food allergies.

Hotel in a perfect position for exploring city near station so you can go and explore other cities nearby friendly atmosphere very helpful staff would recommend

No safety deposit box for personal belongings. No dinning option in the premises. Free breakfast could have been with more better options. Very limited options, was not happy at all.

The booking in was quick and efficient as were tired after a long journey from Yorkshire. The rooms were very clean and roomy. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. A great stay.

Nice hotel for night in Mechelen. I wanted to visit Mechelen as part of my roadtrip in Belgium. The hotel was nice and located close to city center so it was a good choice. Parking was available in hotel garage

We love staying here it’s right in the centre of the city close to bars restaurants and cafes, extremely friendly and helpful staff
