My unit has a New 50" HD Smart TV, queen bed, kitchenette (refrigerator, two burner electric COOKTOP, pots, pans, microwave, toaster oven, hot water kettle, coffee maker & grinder) A cozy loft for relaxing, sipping coffee, meditating or just kicking back. Loft has a queen size futon that can pull out for sleeping. Blue sofa folds out. High speed Wifi for your devices. Minutes from Arcata, Cal Poly Humboldt, Eureka and Trinidad and a 9 minute drive to the Beach. The space The entrance to the suite is the front door of the unit, which is private access for you and includes a private porch/deck. Off-street parking is the driveway right out front of the suite. The property and parking has motion detecting nightlights and lights up the walkway leading to the porch/deck and front door entrance. also there is a handrail to climb the 3 steps up to the front porch/deck. Guest access The entire Redwood Loft and front porch/deck is for the guest of the studio rental and not shared by the host or other guests.
