For in-town fun, check out Greers Ferry Lake, a short 20 min. drive. Boat rentals are available at many of the marinas. State parks offer a one-day use pass ($5.00) where you can find swim beaches, picnic tables, etc. If hiking is your thing, there are many hiking trails nearby by. Some popular choices are Bridal Veil Falls, Collins Creek Trail, or Sugarloaf Mt. Or maybe you just prefer to relax in the peaceful surroundings.
