The location and view from The hotel was awesome and beautiful

I booked my stay in RNS guest house for a day. It was a pleasant stay at a reasonable cost.The room was spacious and clean and I was thrilled to get the view of lord Shiva's gigantic statue from my room on one side and on the other side I had the view of Murudeshwar beach. The amenities were good, the room had all the provisions, right from hot water, to a range of toiletries, AC, TV, etc. The bed was clean, cozy and comfortable. They had provided complimentary breakfast.Overall it was a wonderful and satisfactory experience and I was quite happy with the provisions and the stay.

Hotel was very close to beach and temple, we had an excellent view of beach from hotel room, hotel was neat and clean.

The rooms are good but the service is bad breakfast coupon is given but it is limited 2piece idli and 1 wada(not good) service person's behavior is bad with customers, and customer service is very poor.

Overall stay was good. Spacious room with sea facing. Room was neat and clean. Food was good but was a bit expensive. Overall was good. 2. 2

The place is good and rooms are good. Need to have better chekin process and room service. You will not found room service

1. This property is located within the temple premises. Walk away distance to bog shiva statue. 2. Runs group built 2-3 buildings as guest house beside the mains runs residency. 3. Best location to stay in murudeswar. 4. Rooms are spacious and have got beach view from window of the room. 5. The complimentary breakfast is average. But not bad. We have to go runs beach view restaurant at the entrance gate. It’s an experience to have food sitting in the corridor of restaurant. Other alternative is to have food with beach view in runs cafe or runs residency. The food is good at both places. 6. You still have to pay inr 40 for parking for first time when entering the premises. You should get the runs stamp on back of parking ticket to avoid paying next time during your stay. 7. The only minus point of staying in runs guest house is there is no room service of food and there is no wifi. I have travel-led with my dad aged 85 and hotel staff at reception and restaurant have denied to deliver food to room for my dad although i offered them money for delivery. This is a big minus point especially if you are travel-ling with elderly who cannot walk with ease.

Overall experience was disappointing. Receptionist were not very welcoming and interacting in a way that it's just their job and they don't bother much about guest. We were not carrying kids ids as generally at most places no one has asked us at hotels. But the person said it's mandatory and forced us to make it available somehow. It was quite disrespectful. The hotel room was pathetic, a bit smelly and toilet was literally dirty. We could somehow spent a night there. Will never visit there again. Recommend others to be very careful and sure before you chose this hotel for your stay.
