Sorry Guys but your standards have slipped. We were not able to get a double-bed; we have pricing issues when booking and we paid BP200 for one of the most over-priced and sub-optimal breakfasts ever. Regarding the latter, the stoves/grills were still cold half an hour into breakfast and we ended up not eating our raw eggs. Despite the head chef being present, no apology was forthcoming at all, not from him or the customer relations manager to whom we lodged our complaint. Furthermore, I acknowledge that our booking agent (Botswana Footprints) might be co-responsible for this, but why was it much cheaper to book-online than it was through our agent?
