Located right in front of the Okaido shopping arcade, it was really convenient because it was in the city center.
I didn't speak Japanese so I had difficulty communicating, but they responded well when I used a translator.
The staff were also friendly, and the interior of the accommodation was clean. The cleaning condition was also good.
Personally, I really liked the breakfast. The menu was varied and the taste was not too salty, so it was clean and nice.
I recommend paying for the breakfast voucher together.

The rooms were clean and GOOD.
There's a tram line right in front of the hotel, so it's convenient for going to Dogo Onsen, Matsuyama Station, and Matsuyama City Station.
The ropeway entrance to Matsuyama Castle was also close, about a 5-minute walk away.

As usual, Japanese hotels are always relatively sophisticated and unique, but the advantage is that they are in a good location and are close to restaurants and shopping.
What's even better is that there is a free hot spring on the top floor. The small disadvantage is that the hot spring does not provide towels, and the paid laundry arrangement is inappropriate, which is a fly in the ointment.

Next to the tram stop ~ 30 seconds walk ~ 7-11 is downstairs and the service is very good. Booking for NT$900 per night without breakfast is very cost-effective. I would like to stay next time when I come back. There are also Lawson and the whole family a little further away, but I didn’t know about it until my first time in Songshan. There are many unlicensed cases nearby (boys should go home early to protect themselves at night😌😌😍)

It's a 5-6 minute walk from Katsuyamacho on Matsuyama Tram Line 5. The room is quite small but the lobby is quite large. The front desk staff are quite polite. Luggage can be stored for free before check-in and after check-out. It's not too far to walk to the main street and Matsuyama Castle Cable Car Station. The area around the hotel is quite quiet.

I temporarily felt that Songshan, booked this road hotel through Trip.com , very smooth! Although the single room is not big, it is clean and tidy, fully functional, reasonable layout, no inconvenience! The most heartwarming thing is that there is a natural hot spring on the second floor. The opening time is from 3 pm to 2 am. From 6 am to 10 am, I went to wash three times. It was so comfortable! Hotel front desk service is in place, warm and not vulgar! The hotel is not far from the city center, and Songshan City can be covered on foot! I will definitely stay here next time! Thank you 🙏

Songshan is a city I like very much. The environment is very good. The comfortable hotel I stayed in is linked. The room is not small, clean and tidy, the linens are comfortable, and it is convenient to travel in the city. I stayed for two nights and was very satisfied. RRidleysretroThe location is good. Only 5 mins from the Dogo station and just beside Dogo Onsen. Room wise is not new, but clean and is still on a physical key system. The toilet has a bathtub and hot and cold water is using two tap scrolling system. I didn’t enjoy my sleep as there was a constant knocking sound at the closet which doesn’t seem to be from next door so it gives me the chills. Else it has its own Onsen and provides you with free sake and sweets. Overall I’ll give a 3.5 / 5 stars.

DdaitauchoiLocation is great, we pay ¥1000 per night for car park which is convenient! The hotel saves us a fixed parking lot for us to go and go back easily. Hotel staff is nice and speaks fluent English. Room is clean and very comfortable on the mattress and pillows. Will definitely stay in this hotel next time when I re-visit Matsuyama.

AAnonymous UserAttention Henro sama! Perfect stay almost across street from T49. I had walked that day from T46. Onsen use included with hotel stay. Onsen water hot and alkaline slimy, my legs feel so much better after an evening and a morning soak. Breakfast was of wide selection, very satisfying. Stand up shower stall a bonus! Drip coffee machine in room also a nice touch. Very smart, modern hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is quite big, although the equipment is a bit old, but the transportation is convenient, there is a shopping center opposite, you can buy fresh food and box lunch, and the taxi to the station is no more than 1,000 yen. We stayed here and went to the beach to watch the sunset 🌅 and also called the hot springs after the hot springs. Although it is difficult to complete these attractions in a day, we used the fight to overlook Songshan City, take pictures, and go to Songshan City to play slowly next time.

판판다라The accommodation is very clean. The blankets were also clean. Wider than it appears in the photo. There are enough people to sleep comfortably. There is a separate shower room on the second floor, but it is not a burden because it is a private shower room. The owner and employees are all women and friendly, so I think women can use it with confidence. There seems to be only one Wi-Fi installed at the desk on the first floor, so you should assume there is no Wi-Fi. The location of the accommodation is perfect as it is less than a 5-minute walk from Dogo Onsen. The private rooms have thick walls, so the soundproofing is better than I thought.
If you can tolerate the inconvenience of having a separate shower room, this is the best value for money. Everything else was perfect. Recommended for those who want to use it cheaply.

GGuest UserThere was no toilet or bath, but the aminity was all available, breakfast was free and I could relax slowly with books and magazines.
There was a Dogo Onsen hot spring in the bath, and the toilet was near the room, so I didn't have any inconvenience.
The room was a bit dirty. I wonder if it would be better to be a little cleaner in the room. .
It was not a good location from the room in condominiums etc.
