Very convenient location a stone throw away from the castle. The parking space is scarce. You may need to park abit further if the nearest ones are taken. Otherwise very comfortable stay with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Although it is a little far from JR station and about 10 minutes walk, the quiet alley is very quiet. There is #soupの Huayi Tang Ruixiang Matsumoto Hall nearby. The hotel provides uninformed food and 3 bicycles to borrow, which is in line with my needs. In the morning, the sun and the sun, I rode a bicycle to Matsumoto City and Matsumoto Museum and Art Museum, which was very beautiful.

The facilities are a bit old. The hotel as a whole is not big. The price is average. However, it is convenient and convenient. It takes only five to ten minutes to get to the JR station, and it takes only ten minutes to go to Matsumoto Castle. There are seven convenience stores next door.

The hotel is located between Matsumoto Station and Matsumoto Castle, relatively speaking: slightly closer to the station. The hotel breakfast is good, with just the right variety to suit my taste, including refreshing vegetable soup, rich curry sauce, delicious soft and sticky rice, smoked fish slices, ham sausage, homemade vegetables, refreshing radish, some milk and yogurt, all the nutrients for the day are in the breakfast! Bread, juice, etc. are no longer combined.

This is my second time staying here. I went to see the projection mapping at Matsumoto Castle.
The reason I chose this hotel is first and foremost the customer service!
The front desk staff are very friendly and polite.
When I leave, they always say ”Have a nice day.” You can really feel the warmth of the hotel staff. Their kindness is different from the standard business hotel customer service.
The facilities are old, but clean and the amenities are plentiful. I was happy to see coffee sticks in the amenities.
And there's a cypress bath on the fifth floor. It's nice to be able to bathe in the hot springs while surrounded by the scent of cypress.
It's close to the station and in a good location. I recommend this hotel. I'll use it again.

The hotel staffs were very nice to direct us to the carpark that we could park at. They were able to communicate in English. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay there. Location is very near to the shopping and food area. Recommended to stay

It is very close to the train station and the long-distance bus station, but the room is not noisy at all. Parking was easy just beside the hotel in a parking Tower which costs 1200¥.

GGuest UserThe service at this hotel is excellent. From the concierge to front desk. Location is near Matsumoto station. I was directed to a multi storey hotel parking at the back of the hotel. It cost 1100 yen per day (multiple entry per day). Just exchange your parking ticket with the reception . They settle the parking fees when you check out.
The hotel is rather old. Looks like you entered the 1980s zone. Rooms are renovated to some extend but I could see the wear and tear. Housekeeping a bit sloppy as the window bay area was dusty when we checked in and there was a musky smell esp the bathroom.

Nice onsen, though a little small. Free popsicles and ramen for supper. Very close to Matsumoto Train station.

The environment is very good, there are enough washing machines, washing is free, and drying is 100 yen for 20 minutes. There is free midnight ramen, free ice cream, drinks, and Yakult, and the breakfast is also rich. I am very satisfied with my stay!

■Before checking in, we went to Kamikochi first. In the morning, we left our luggage at Ace Inn, which is part of the same chain. We will get a numbered tag to pick up our luggage at Shoho. / After checking out, we will go sightseeing in the city before returning. We can leave our luggage at Shoho. They will send it to us to pick up at Ace Inn.
■Free drinks from 15:00-20:00: Tea, coffee, fruit juice, beer. / Welcome drinks are tea and 3 types of pickles.
■The Panorama View Onsen alternates between men and women. / Another onsen is separated for men and women and uses the same time.

IInstandyFukashiso could be one of the loveliest accommodation that I have ever stayed at. The staff were very polite, attentive and extremely helpful and courteous. The place itself is so beautiful and quaint. Traditional garments are provided as an option if you want to dress up for dinner. Made for great photo ops! The Kaiseki was the most beautiful equivalent of a degustation I’ve tried, and it was served in a lovely separate intimate dining area. During dinner Nobu-San a fourth generation family member of the owners greeted us which was a lovely touch. Soba was freshly made at the accomodation. We stayed two nights and the Kaiseki menu was different each time. Breakfast was a nice assortment of Japanese and Western options and the coffee machine was actually pretty good. I enjoyed the onsens, there are two public ones that switch locations for men and women and a private one. They were well equipped and relaxing. Our room was on Level 1 with a private bathroom, seating area and little garden view. Overall this place is highly recommended. For a traditional ryokan experience, it was so nice. Even after we checked out, the receptionist gave us a little gift, and even walked us outside to where our car was parked. Such a warm and lovely place. Stay here for sure!

Good environment: very close to Matsumoto Castle and the City Art Museum, both within walking distance. Convenient to eat and drink around. The 6th floor where I live is very quiet.
Good hygiene: the lobby is clean and tidy, and the room is also clean.
Good service: the front desk service attitude is good, there are self-service luggage storage facilities, and the breakfast is simple but not bad.

KKvaldirThe location is very great with all the nature around. The htoel. Has a little shop as well, but ofcourse the best thing about the hotel is the onsen. The onsen is open 24/7,so you can make use of it whenever you want. The resutaurant closes relatively early, and you must reserve it, but otherwise you can buy some very affordable microwave food in the shoop, and they will warm it up for you, so that was a great service. Great place!
