Very pretty, neat and clean hotel that is walkable to anywhere. The hotel look so grand from the outside and the lobby is big and spacious. A lot of food around the area. The room is big and clean, Toilet is big for Japanese standard. They even provide light dinner. I will stay in this hotel again if I come back to Matsumoto.

Decent hotel that is located 5 mins from the train station. Hotel offers free ramen or ice cream at night.

Good breakfast with free ramen in night is best. Front desk was good. Restaurant staff behaviour should improve and they should not point out customers and try to give best service and support. They should not teach rules to customers

Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Matsumoto Station! Spotlessly clean and surprisingly spacious room for Japan. The free simple supper (ramen or croffle ice cream) was a nice touch. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious with a huge variety of options. Highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and value.

Excellent hotel in good location. Hotel warmly heated and comfortable despite very cold weather. Actually snowing during our stay. Enjoyed our stay. Multi-storey parking available off-site about 100m away for 1500yen, multiple entries/exits per day for fixed price. Shopping malls nearby

Amazing that hotel provided free ramen or dessert after 9pm.better still , their breakfast is wonderful with local fresh ingredients.sizeable room with bathtub. Very close to JR station. Many restaurants nearby the hotel. Highly recommended for travelers who plan to go to Kamikochi as you can purchase the tickets to go Kamikochi from JR station. Very convenient. If you have time , you can stay two days in hotel to enjoy whole day in Kamikochi and walk around the city in another day .

ห้องพักสะอาด เดินทางจากรถไฟมาสะดวก ห้องประเภทนี้มีพื้นที่พอเหมาะ ทำให้เรารู้สึกสะดวกสบาย ที่นี่เป็นโรงแรมแบบอีโค่ ดังนั้นจะไม่มีขวดน้ำให้ สามารถใช้น้ำจากก็อกได้เลย และการทำความสะอาดนั้นจะทำทุกๆ 3 วัน แต่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ครบสำหรับ 3 วันล่วงหน้ามาก่อนเลย อาจจะไม่เหมาะกับคนที่ต้องการการทำความสะอาดทุกวัน

多次入住，非常推薦！酒店位置很好，去哪裡都方便，酒店前面的河邊有非常漂亮的櫻花，步行10分鐘到松本城也有漂亮的櫻花。高樓層房型面積比轉角房大，推薦！
