Marafiki Beach Hotel & Spa

We had one very nice week in Marafiki hotel. Everything was excellent! The rooms have the style of Africa with all the facilities that you need . Also the restaurant has very nice food with local recipes and the staff is very friendly and always willing to help when needed.

Incredible place! We had the deluxe suite with view of the ocean. The room was large well furnished, beautifully decorated. Food was really tasty ( especially for the fish!). Staff is remarkable, kind and discret. Massages from the Spa are really efficient , with a good combo price/quality. Go ahead. You simply cannot be disappointed.

We had a fabulous stay at Marafiki Beach hotel! The entire hotel area was very peaceful and calm. Lots of comfortable seating arrangements in the pool area. The rooms were simply but tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and there was lots of space to hang and store cothes. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant on all days. There was a good selection of dishes and plenty of vergetarian options. The food was excellent. We also enjoyed cocktails a few evenings at the charmingly decorated beach bar next door. We booked some treatments at the spa and it was fantastic. The location is great facing the sea and the massage therapist Happiness was very skilled! Highly recommentd. The hotel also arranged transportation for us at competitive rates. The highlight of the hotel was the wonderful staff. They were always very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone from the cleaning ladies to the reception staff and the restaurant and bar personnel were smiling and helpful. Their friendliness and thoughtfulness really made our stay special. We look forward to visiting Zanzibar and staying at Marafiki beach hotel again.

I stayed here recently during a visit to Zanzibar. What can I say .......... the location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and airy, the food is lovely, the staff are friendly and the spa treatments are top class. The pool is perfect when the tide is too far out to swim in the sea. The sand is white and the loungers are comfortable.

We are very happy after our amazing holiday. The location is beautiful with white sand and a nice beach. Management and the rest of the staff are lovely! Very cozy. Also, we liked everything what we ate in the restaurant

I had the best time in your hotel, from the time we arrived to the time we left and in a group of 22! The staff and management cannot do enough for you, the views are amazing and the food was just delicious. Would definitely return!!!!
