I really enjoyed my stay in this resort. If you are looking for a place for real peace, rest and recovery, this is the right place. Ayurvedic medical and therapeutic care at the highest level, with a great emphasis on individual approach. The wonderful environment and equipment of the entire hotel, as well as the rooms and excellent restaurant. The food is very specific, as it is prepared individualy for each guest and with a healing effect. The entire staff is extremely helpful and respectful. I was very happy that I completed my 2-week stay at the end of September, when it is low season in Sri Lanka. Everything was much calmer than in the winter months, when many tourists visit it. I highly recommend this place, I will definitely come back here.

We went there for celebrate our anniversary and for relaxing our minds from stressful life. So i think this is the right place. Clean calm and quiet place. Ayurvedic themed hotel.Nice sea view rooms. Good foods. Friendly staff. Had a great time.

This is a beautiful place in a perfect location with Mirrisa just 10 mins away , I absolutely enjoyed my stay here !!! The service is immaculate and would most definitely recommend to anyone staying in weligama !!! , you will not be dissatisfied

I have just got back from a two week Ayurvedic holiday at Ayurview Weligama, and cannot recommend it highly enough. The panchakarma is the most thorough detox that I have ever done. All the Doctors and Therapists were professional and absolute experts in their field. The resort is set on a picturesque beach and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. They make sure everything is perfect, and nothing is too much trouble. The Sri Lankan hospitality is genuine and you feel you are being looked after. The food is sensational and the special meal on your last day is absolutely of five star establishment standard. The ayurvedic food is also delicious. Even if just relaxing and detoxing as I was, the entertainment, where some of the staff sing, cooking demonstrations and ayurvedic talks keep the stay interesting. The pool overlooking the beach is also wonderful for relaxing. I will definitely return.

As an Ayurvedic travel agent, I came to Ayurveda with a group of 11 people. I was very impressed by the meticulous medical care and the organization of the consultations and therapies. Despite the fact that I had to interpret for 10 people each consultation, no one waited and everything was precisely planned. Therapies are carried out at a high level. The ayurvedic centre is beautiful and unique. The entire medical team and the entire therapy team as well as the hotel staff were very accommodating and met our expectations. They constantly checked to make sure we were happy. The rooms and the whole environment of the hotel is beautiful, clean and fragrant. Since I am in the nutrition business and my clients had a goal to lose weight, I very much appreciated Dr. Isuru's meticulous preparation of diet plans and nutrition knowledge. The entire group was very happy and I must say it was the best group retreat I have attended so far. I highly recommend the resort.

I enjoyed my 2 week Panchakarma retreat here. The treatments were wonderful and the treatment centre is really beautiful, calm and very well organised. Both my Dr and therapist were caring and excellent. I left feeling well and relaxed. The food is mostly good - especially the salads, soups and desserts. It was very quiet during my stay and I was lucky there were some other friendly guests. Nearly all their guests are from Europe and they cater very much for that market (especially German). I booked directly with the hotel but other guests booked through travel agents and got a much better deal. If you’re considering Ayurvie you may be better off splitting your time into a week here and a week at their property in Sigiriya. My room (205) was lovely (with extremely comfortable bed, very good linen and towels) and housekeeping was outstanding. Yoga with Emil was very good. Room for improvement - need to have a better orientation. I felt a bit ‘lost’ when I arrived and there was no outline of how the program would work and what to do, where to go, ordering juices/teas etc. It was a case of figuring it out as I went. I booked for the requisite 14 days but really it could’ve been12 days. - the pool area is very worn and needs to be repaired - is bordering on dangerous. Lacking in shade. (I would have loved a tranquil garden to relax in!)

Welcoming atmosphere, clean and well-furnished rooms, staff always available and smiling, ad hoc Ayurveda treatments, excellent vegetarian food, yoga lessons with Emil really useful to understand what yoga really is and how to practice it safely.

My partner and I spent two weeks at Ayurvie Weligama. We had a top notch Ayurveda experience in a great place run by wonderful people. The hotel was nice, the food excellent and the service great. The doctors and therapists were very professional and empathic. Yoga with Emil was a unique and enriching experience. Our thanks goes to all staff who gave us these two wonderful weeks and to my therapist Vhijit who gave me super support during this time.
