Welcome to La Primavera Villa, situated in a safe and quiet gated community minutes to beaches and local attractions! Experience a secluded island escape just 5 minutes from grocery stores, Urgent Care, and restaurants. Here, Coqui frogs serenade you to sleep instead of city noise—the best of both worlds. Though you definitely need a car to get around, we are roughly a 7-minute drive to the famous Kioskos, natural rock waterslides, El Yunque rain forest, and the most beautiful teal water beaches around! This 4500sqft Villa boasts 6 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, sleeps 14 comfortably and has a brand new entire-home automatic generator and a 1500 gallon water cistern. It's perfect for storm-watching without the hassle of losing power or water. The main floor of your villa boasts large tile floors throughout the open concept living and dining rooms. The gorgeously tiled chef's kitchen has everything you need to create amazing meals while you look out at the gardens and pool area. A large pantry is stocked with supplies and appliances- from ice maker to kitchen mixer- for all of your needs. A private laundry room has your own washer and dryer. The dining room table is perfect for large gatherings and the deck off of the main area has expansive views of the gardens and surrounding mountains. The main area has a large AC unit to keep everyone cool, a large deep seated couch to curl up on and watch movies on the large flatscreen TV, and a half bath. The main area also has two large, airconditioned bedrooms with Queen size beds and walk in closets. They share a large jack and Jill tiled bathroom. There is a third bedroom that is perfect for the kids! It has two sets of twin bunkbeds, a play kitchen, dollhouse and craft table - a dream for any little one! Though this is the only bedroom without AC, keeping the door open with a fan will absolutely cool it down. The Master retreat is just off of the dining room and features AC, a King sized bed, gorgeous views with access to the deck, a full bathroom and walk in closet. Walk down the Italian inspired staircase to the bottom floor of your villa. Here you will find another living area with flatscreen TV, a pool table, a bar with sink and fridge and a cedar sauna to ease your sore muscles (with pre-signed waiver) after a day of hiking the rainforest or exploring the coast. This area has no AC, but it doesn’t need it! Fully screened in, it keeps you protected while letting in the cool night breeze and the magical sounds of nature. It’s truly the best room in the house! The bottom floor also has a full sized bathroom and two more spacious airconditioned bedrooms with large closets, one with a queen size bed and one with both, a queen and a double bed. From the bottom floor you will walk down a grand staircase that leads to your own private paradise. The resort style property is covered in gorgeous colorful tiles, lush tropical gardens and too many nooks and crannies to count! There are little hideaway spaces throughout to enjoy a book, sip your coffee, meditate by the statues and enjoy a glass of wine. The large inground pool has cascading steps, a swim up bar and fun lights at night. There are 4 lounge chairs to soak up the sun, and tables to enjoy the day. The covered Mexican inspired gazebo has a charcoal grill, bluetooth speaker and ajustable lights so you can enjoy your margarita under the stars. There is an outdoor shower near the pool, and another outdoor shower with hot water hidden away near your front door to rinse sand from the beach. The garden of statues creates the perfect hideaway to curl up with a book or practice some yoga. In your pantry, we offer 2 folding tables and 12 folding chairs so you can host the perfect outdoor party while dancing away under the lights. We live in a completely separate home on the top floor of the villa, ensuring your space remains private. You likely won’t even notice we’re there, as we stay out of all common areas—but we’re available if you need anything. We have two daughters, ages 3 and 5, and we travel often. We are happy to give suggestions for restaurants and area attractions and include a Villa Guidebook for you once payment is received. There is parking for up to 4 cars in the carport, more on the street if needed. All utilities and internet are included. Pool and lawn maintenance (Tuesdays) also included. The villa also comes equipped with many items for your use such as; high chair, pack n play, bed rail, baby backpack, beach toys, beach/pool towels, coolers, pool floats and more - just bring your smile and get ready for an unforgettable experience!
