We were caught in a terrible storm on our way to Piombino from Siena (on our road bicycles while we bike packed through Italy). We hid in their barn with the cattle as the day before we were caught in unprecedented cyclone like weather in Tuscany… not knowing if we were going to be run out or encounter upset residents … instead we were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed in and to find that where we were hiding out was a family owned restaurant! A restaurant that was closed and not open until dinner time and fully booked tonight. Nonetheless they made us two cappuccinos, a charcuterie, dessert, access to their WiFi, and a warm place to hid out until the storm passed. After some really challenging cycling days and feeling like a fish out of water in a new country and culture for the first time, their warmth and generosity was a light in a storm. Literally and figuratively! If you are looking for a beautiful romantic Tuscany dinner by the sweetest people you will meet in Italy, you need to come here! I hope to be back again soon … with a reservation!!! 🤣 😂 ♥️🇮🇹💚

Non è la prima volta che mangio in questo agriturismo da solo o in compagnia e sicuramente ci tornerò spesso. Ogni volta è stata una piacevole esperienza sia per l'ottimo cibo, preparato con cura e prodotti genuini, sia per la professionalità nel servizio e la cordialità dell'accoglienza di tutta la famiglia che lo gestisce.

Posto tranquillo, personale professionale, cibo ottimo, che dire ... da tornarci. Consigliato da amici ci siamo ritrovati in questa bellissima località a conduzione familiare e abbiamo goduto di un'ottima cucina. Rivelazione il cedro all'insalarlta. Le foto parlano da sole!
