Outstanding hotel in all areas. Friendly professional staff, delicious plentiful food, tasteful decor. Rooms were very well equipped and pool area had plenty of sun beds with very helpful pool man!. I loved everything and will definitely return.

I can't remember how often I've been here but it seems to get better every time I come. I've stayed in many good hotels, including The Ritz in London but La Residencia is very special. Amazing service and wonderful staff. I'd like to highlight Geronimo in the restaurant along with Beatrice who makes heavenly Eggs Benedict. No loud music, no shouted mobile phone conversations - just beautiful peace and quiet. The food is of exceptional quality and the breakfast buffet is to die for. The buffet evenings didn't feature lobster this time as they have in the past which is a shame but the meat on offer was top quality. I've recommended the hotel to my friend who runs an upmarket travel agency and know she has sent clients your way who loved it. Arriving again in July for two weeks and very much looking forward to it.

Lovely stay at this super hotel, second stay this year but shorter this time. Staff outstanding as always with proper five star service. I had a standard room this time which was perfect, I like the fact that the WiFi is strong and there are smart TVs in the bedroom. Look forward to returning in 2025 (already booked)

First of all I can only speak for our personal experience so having read other reviews before booking we had very high expectations . We stayed half board and can confirm the food is to the highest standard however the staff did not communicate to us until the 5th night we were there that you can swap a fish or meat dish from the aka carte menu so was very disappointed with this. We also found that if you were sitting round the pool or in the piano bar prior to 6pm no staff ever asked if they could get us a drink so we had to go to reception to ask if we could get a drink which is a first for us especially within a 5 star hotel & we have stayed in many. I was also disappointed with the location of our room especially as I had requested a view as we were celebrating my birthday but our room number 128 was on the ground floor and our view was bushes and behind the bushes was a large piece of waste land again not what I expected being. 5 star hotel and paying the price for a 5 star hotel . There are positives to the hotel in that it is very clean & quiet and a relaxing oasis from the hustle & bustle of Maspalomas. We also had a few other minor issues when we ordered a expensive bottle of wine with our meal the waiter forgot to bring this to our table & we had to chase it up after already eating two courses. So all in all not the 5 star experience we were expecting . I did fill in the question air the hotel left in our room & have also given this feedback via email to the hotel.

This hotel has been on our radar for quite a few years and we finally made it! The wait was well worth it as this must be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff were always friendly and helpful (and plenty of them for a change as most places are having difficulty getting staff at the moment). The food was on a different level with pretty much fine dining menus every day, the choice and quality on offer was exceptional both at breakfast and dinner. The location is good as well, only a short walk to shops, bars and the sea. The only very minor moan is regarding the view from our room, a fence!! I know you don't spend much time in your room on holiday but it would have been nice to sit on the terrace and see something! Overall a fabulous place, expensive, yes, but if you can stretch to it you won't be disappointed.

Perfect hotel, helpful, friendly all staff go the extra mile to make your holiday a perfect one. The food is one of best we ever had in any other hotel. beautiful rooms. we will go back there !! TOP Hotel. Best Food, extremely good staff. we would recommend this hotel to everyone.
