This home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps up to 6 guests and is 1,196 sqft, with a few steps to entry. **Floor Plan** • Main Level: Kitchen, living room with smart TV, dining room, bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom • Upstairs Loft: Bedroom with one full bed and one twin bed • Basement: Working desk, full size futon, reading area, movie theater, and laundry **Home Highlights** • Freshly updated cabin, a perfect combination of outdoor wilderness and modern comfort • Outdoor fire pit, camping chairs and hammocks for an alfresco experience • Fully stocked kitchen with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, drip coffee maker & tea • All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses, linens and a comfortable duvet • Big windows with lots of natural light, as well as blackout curtains for bedrooms • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs • Plenty of parking on the driveway and front yard **About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. . • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 5 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Please select the pet fee as an “add-on” option at the point of check out. **House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels.
