Unfortunately during our stay the structure was immersed in fog/clouds so we could not enjoy the view. Our room however was just above the pool cover and therefore not pleasant. In general the style of the interior, the furnishings and the lighting do not make the environment warm and welcoming. It is a structure perhaps more suitable for families. The pool and spa are dedicated for a few hours to women only. The lunch and breakfast buffet include very varied dishes but of a basic level. The coffee is not good. The cleanliness is excellent. The staff is courteous but only a few members of the staff speak English.

The overall feeling is pretty good, but the customer service doesn't quite understand the meaning of Chinese and always thinks that the bunk bed is an extra bed.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! There is no elevator, and you'll end up in an old building with terrible conditions. There are many better hotels in the area, like Shabran. This place is overpriced and dreadful. I will never stay here again. They moved me to another building without any notice, which feels like a scam.

Great place to visit and stay! Friendly staff, namely, to mention Elmin at reception, very helpful gentleman. He provided great service and valuable recommendations at reception while registration. Breakfast quality and venue were excellent. Unique choice for family trip!

Вежливость персонал, обслуживание, чистота, качество еды и продуктов, сервис, техническое поддержка, интерьер на самом высоком уровне! 1200 метров над уровнем моря с чистым воздухом, с видом на море, с прекрасном сервисом и обслуживанием в районе Сиезен находится Галаалты Спа Отель который рекомендую всем!
