Not a good hotel at all. Please don't get duped with the pictures that they upload on website. These are 3D pictures rooms are not good. Swimming pool is never cleaned. Water is dirty they don't put chlorine. Hot water does not come from tap or shower in the bathroom. When asked they said hot water is available between 7 to 11 morning and evening but we did not get it. The guy with specs at reception is not bothered at all we complaint him 3 to 4 times but he did not act on it. He is more worried about full payment at the time of check-in as they take 50% advance. I specifically told them at the time of booking that I would need extra bed for my child and they said they will provide. To my surprise they put mattress on floor and when I complaint they got some dirty sofa cum bed which was .25 ft level from ground and then on that they covered it with bed sheet on it. A standard hotel would have foldable / movable sofa cum bed with mattress which is atleast 2 to 3 ft level from ground. Breakfast menu is limited only 3 to 4 items. I asked them if I don't want complimentary breakfast so that room tariff can be reduced, they said its compulsory and included in package. I would not recommend this hotel for couples or family. Attached pictures of the room really bad.

Don't go by the pictures uploaded, not worth it, and the rooms are not maintained. You will be able to see corner-cutting everywhere in the hotel. Breakfast was not served fully as it should be. The bedsheet and pillows are like Dharamshala. Worst maintained property. No proper facility is provided and they don't bother about your feedback.
