我是一個人去的因為有潛水行程，酒店很美，服務真的超好，記得我的名字，還記得我喜歡吃的早餐雞蛋的做法，每個人都很友好，我都沒有給小費，房間裏的毛巾也折成了可愛的小動物，我住了三晚都捨不得離開，我可能是當時入住的唯一亞洲面孔，每天的自助餐也很美味。

酒店餐廳服務非常好，人員很熱情，飯菜也是我在埃及的這些酒店中覺得最好吃。但前台服務感覺太死板，不夠靈活。當時我抵達酒店已經是下午五點，我定的房間是基礎房，因為是2大2小，所以説這個房型不能入住，要我取消訂單，重新下單家庭房。我問能否直接補差價，升級房型，告知不可以！衹好找攜程客服，取消訂單，重新下單，這樣一折騰，直到6:30我們才入住。要知道，當天我是逛完帝王谷和哈布城後，直接從盧克索包車過來的，已經在車上坐了5個小時了…重新定了家庭房，另外繳了一百多美金的税費，第二天又打電話叫我補交25美金。通過翻譯軟件交流，説這筆25美金是因為我的房費不是直接付款給他們的，所以他們從平台收取房費時，還會產生25美金手續費用，這樣需要我承擔..好吧，我又補交，不明白為什麼昨天不一次性收取？攜程服務是真的好，必須贊一個，我打電話過去迅速響應，幫我處理，還給我補了差價！

作為一個海邊度假勝地來說真的挺不錯的

Very beautiful hotel, there is a beautiful beach and water. People here are very friendly and approachable. They will bring all the drinks you want to the beach. The food here is very tasty and everyone has something to choose from. The room is beautifully air-conditioned and there is always water to drink.

Excellent resort! As a solo female traveller I was a little nervous before arriving, but everything was amazing! The staff are all very friendly and helpful - special mentions to waiter Sherif in the buffet who always had my morning cappuccino and lunchtime beer ready for me! Ahmed the beach barman, happy to make bespoke cocktails! And Ashraf the tour marketer who kept me entertained with daily chats about the football! Hotel itself is lovely. Clean, spacious rooms. Good quality food with lots of variety. And excellent snorkelling from the beach. Would highly recommend!

Luxurious hotel with perfect service, food and drinks. We were completely satisfied and would not change a single thing. The location in the bay is also wonderful, as we could swim in the sea with the turtle every morning without any equipment.

Supper holiday. Really good food and servis. Clean hotel and pretty good servis. Restaurant offer every day many different foods. Traditional meal and also international food. Servis is really quick and helping every time. Special thanks to Sherif.
