Ulasan Hôtel Ibn Batouta

A very classy hotel with an amazing buffet breakfast. The room was clean but a little small. Two swimming pool but we didn’t have a chance to use it due to bad weather. A lot staff in the hotel which makes it convenient for us when we needed help. The front desk also help us to print our boarding pass, very good service. Only downside was the hair dryer, it was not functioning in our room.

酒店位置超級好，到主要景點走路都在30分鐘之內。工作人員特別熱情，無論是前台還是大堂的服務人員，歺廳工作人員也非常熱情，本來早歺是七點半開始，因為要趕飛機，七點去也提前給我們吃了。 注意機場要提前三小時到，安檢等確實太慢，本來有來回大巴車票（來回30當地幣，下車走到酒店不足十分鐘），最後還是叫大堂工作人員叫了輛出租，花了100當地幣，酒店距離機場僅幾公里。

酒店總體評價滿意，位置離老城不遠，打車大概10分鐘，早餐比較豐富，清潔度也可以接受，服務等都不錯。值得推薦

酒店附近的設施齊全，有兌換店、餐廳、警署、車站，十分方便。酒店的餐飲房間服務也很好吃，價錢恰當。酒店職員更會從你進入酒店的一刻開始替你拿行李，服務態度十分良好，更要稱讚的是，站在酒店門外的保安非常友善和樂於助人！

L'hôtel est parfaitement bien situé à Guéliz, beaucoup de restaurants, beaucoup d'instituts de bien-être et tout ça à pied ! Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin. Tout le monde, sans exception, était adorable, prêt à rendre service ! Vraiment, allez-y les yeux fermés.

Cet hôtel mérite un 4 étoiles !!! J’ai séjourné 4 nuits avec ma fille et on s’est sentis comme à la maison. Toute l’équipe est formidable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Équipement très propre. Encore bravo et ne changer pas !

Everything met and exceeded expectations. The room itself was very comfortable and large, towels changed even though i stayed only 2 nights. Everything was clean. Staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast was decent, not amazing but a good variety of options (only downside was coffee - not drinkable). Nice pool area. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice, clean hotel in a good location. Plenty of dining options within walking distance, main road on your doorstep, very friendly and helpful staff always willing to help.

I absolutely love the Ibn Batuda hotel. It is my go to hotel when I’m in Marrakesh for long or short stays. The staff is amazing and friendly. The food is always good and I feel at home when I’m there. I highly recommend it to travelers all over the world.

Firstly the hotel location and pool/lounge were great. However the rooms were dirty and not clean. On the bed sheets we found long hair on our pillow and had stains on our bedsheets. The hotel staff was mixed, some were nice, some weren’t, some didn’t bother with their job and watch YouTube videos all day. One lady was very difficult at reception. I complained about the iron not working and she made it a big deal. Despite her ordering a new iron her attitude was great when other customers were around, however her attitude was different when I went to speak to her alone. Clearly demonstrates her willingness and attitude was very unpredictable. The 2 gentlemen at reception also said check in was 3 pm when it clearly said 2pm on the booking but we didn’t check in until 3:30pm. A few guys were very nice such as the ones at the top of the pool and in the restaurant. The gentleman at the front door was very nice and welcoming. The other staff at the reception desk should learn from their younger peers. The older man who looked after our bags was very nice and friendly. The cleaning team was also good. Only the reception desk people were different and had bad attitude.

The staff was wonderful. We actually stayed in three different rooms at different times—standard, deluxe and suite. I would avoid the standard room. It was small and not as clean as the others
