Room number 21 is actually an apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The backyard is full of activities for kids. The room 21 is perfect for families who attend to assembly in Heidemark-Halle. Kids will love to play after sitting the whole day.

We arrived around 11.30pm as we drove up from Berlin. We called in advance and was notified of our room hence when we got to the front desk (there was no one there), we could pick up our keys and head towards our room with ease.
The room was extremely clean with bedding and towels. We checked out at approximately 9.45am as we were heading to Heide Park.
Do take note that there are no blackout curtains in the room so it was extremely bright from 6am onwards.
It was an easy 5-10 mins drive to Heide Park hence I would recommend this accommodation if you’re just staying overnight and heading to the park.

The place is a bit old and run down, they have facilities to play Billard and other games, which is nice but is not maintained very well. But… for the price, it’s all worth it. It’s so cheap, so its okay and we would be happy to come again one day. Rather cheap than perfect.

Wir waren eine Nacht dort und würden es wieder buchen. Zimmer waren sauber, etwas hellhörig. Frühstück mit viel Auswahl, ist für jeden was dabei.

Kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Alles da was man braucht. Paar schönheitsfehler, aber für den Preis alles OK.

Betten für Kinder wackelig und damit nicht nutzbar, dreckige Böden, Flächen und Fenster. Flecken auf Bettlaken und Bettwäsche. Kein Personal am Empfang und in der Unterkunft; lediglich eine Telefonnummer, die man bei Check-In anrufen muss! Zimmerschlüssel liegen in einem offenen Karton. Frühstück kostet 9,50 € statt der angegebenen 5 € pro Person. Neben dem Kaffee war nichts (!) wirklich genießbar! Gemüse (Gurke und Tomate) alt und bitter, Eier nicht essbar, Wurst extrem unappetitlich, aufgebackene Brötchen, altes Müsli und kein Saft oder ähnliches. Allgemein extrem dreckig (Bilder vorhanden). Wir haben dann extern nochmal gefrühstückt für dasselbe Geld. Der Aufenthalt war wirklich einer der schlimmsten, den wir je erlebt haben. Die Unterkunft kann niemandem empfohlen werden; auch nicht für eine Nacht!

Indtjekning var forvirrende, der var ingen til stede, skulle ringe til en mobil. Vi fik forkert værelse, personen anede ikke hvem jeg var, hvad jeg havde bestilt og at jeg allerede havde betalt.
Vi fik lejligheden, fin størrelse og god indretning. Køkken var beskidt, fedt på emhætte, ovn beskidt og tallerkner ikke rene.
Internet virkede ikke og der var ingen kanaler på TV. Overalt udenfor rodet og beskidt.
Det var billigt men jeg ville ikke booke igen.
