I stayed at o’loft for 3 nights where I had the best time ever! From the room which was clean and beautiful. Straight out of our room was a view of the pool which was very well kept where cleaning took place everyday. Furthermore an extra shout out to Mohammed who’s service was excellent at all hours, from ordering us food deliveries after food service and sorting transport into the city and giving great travel recommendations around the city- further on the food the breakfasts were always fresh and beautifully made. O’loft is very peaceful and quiet away from the noise in the centre of the city but still only a 15 minute drive into the middle of the city! I have no complaints about o’loft and I’d recommend to anyone travelling on a budget. Highly recommend＞＞ 5 stars

Oloft was a amazing place to stay, the hotel is beautiful, really cared for.. Location was amazing, 15 mins to Medina.. Peace and quiet... Really comfy rooms, breakfast was great.. 2 pools are spotlessly clean and clear... Garden so peaceful... Staff amazing and the owner went above and beyond...I highly recommend this place and have stayed here many times, its my go to, when I am in Marrakech 😍

Horrible experience!!! We arrived today ( already booked the room, received confirmation/ arrived on time) to be left waiting and finally told that there is no room for us. It was made worse by the fact that there was no one there to manage or oversee the bookings and the guests arriving, and we had to call the guy responsible to talk to him. He continued by saying that there is no room available and he will call us back after he checks with Booking. We were kept waiting for a while. We called him again after not hearing from him just to be met with more of his empty excuses and dismissal . So unprofessional, so disrespectful and so unhelpful. I mean why confirm a booking if you are going to turn us back last minute. Basically, we were left at 5:00 pm on a busy weekend in Marrakech to find a new place. And get this, he was winning about the fact that he will have to pay a penalty to Booking for canceling !! Wooow pooor youu !! I mean the attitude is beyond me ! Since the owner or the manger has nothing but excuses, I wonder what excuses disrespect and his lack of professionalism Reading the reviews, we were not the only ones that experienced this.

Do not recommend. I changed my date and emailed the property to let them know about 10 days in advance of my stay. I received a note back confirming that they received the note and changed my date (I have the note as proof). What happened after that was appalling. I arrived late at night after an 11 hour flight and the staff would not even let me in to sit down after a late flight, to sort out the issue They said they cancelled my reservation and charged me half of the total price. I am almost 70 yr. old senior female travelling solo. Its a terrible thing to do to me, or to anyone. No email, phone or text to advise me that they had cancelled. This is shabby customer service.

Such an amazing hotel and incredible service! Mohammed was an excellent host and went out of his way to make our experience as great as possible. The rooms were decorated beautifully and the breakfast was authentic. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Morocco.

We have just spent a few days in this beautiful hotel. The staff were very welcoming and lovely throughout our stay. Location is quiet and peaceful, breakfast was lovely, rooms were clean and spacious. The only thing that needs changing is you have to ring to be let in each time to the property hence why we only gave 4 stars this being said we Highly recommended this place and would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beaucoup de commentaire mauvais je trouve Le prix est raisonnable L’accueil est très bien La dame qui est nouvelle qui gère l’accueil fait au mieux pour vous recevoir L’endroit est propre et jolie cadre Un peu difficile d’accès et ce garer en voiture mais on trouve toujours Chambre correcte Clim fonctionnelle Bonde de salle de bain bouché mais on l’enlève et ça va … un chat qui miole la nuit c’est embetant pour fermer l’œil mais sa va J’ai pas tester le petit déjeuné car 2 matin tôt en départ mais je pense que c’est correct . J’y reviendrais si je suis de passage à agdal Sans voiture taxi un peu compliqué et cher je pense mais à 5/6min à pied vous trouver la route principale attention aux chiens la nuit c’est dangereux le quartier soit une voiture en loc soit scooter soit taxi qui vous ramène … 8min place Jema elfna en voiture 🙏🏻

Après avoir vu les commentaires sur la maison d’hôtes et son propriétaire, j’étais un peu sceptique… Or, rien ne me paraît justifier les avis négatifs, l’hôte est charmant et disponible, le personnel aux petits soins et les chambres très confortables et très bien décorées … Le service de repas est irréprochable et la cuisine familiale de qualité Si vous êtes à la recherche de quiétude et d’authenticité, n’hésitez pas ! Un excellent rapport qualité/ prix de surcroît
