Prime Beach Hotel

Arrived and was delightfully pleased with the reception area, very stylish and aesthetically pleasing. We arrived in the early hours of the morning so more staff could have been present to check us in but generally it was straightforward. The room was also to a high enough standard but there was a massive lack of information, a welcome booklet would have been nice rather than one A4 Sheet with meal times on. Bed was extremely hard but clean and well made. We had a family room so therefore 2 balconies and our view was amazing, waking up that first morning and looking directly over the sea was beautiful. Breakfast was ok, there was a large selection but not great quality, a reduced selection and increase in the quality of food would be excellent. The layout wasn’t overly clear and some signs would be helpful, it took me so long to find butter for my toast that the coffee and toast were cold by the time I navigated a very busy dining room. Pool areas are spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Sunbeds were restricted but that’s nothing new, once we manoeuvred enough beds into position it was a lovely relaxing area. My kids were disappointed that ice cream was only available from 4pm and the queue was huge, the ice cream appeared very good quality but I feel a better machine operated ice cream alternative available all day would be much much better, we only holiday in AI resorts and this is pretty common so my kids were shocked. The ice cream scenario therefore also cost me quite a lot of money as the on site shop obviously had an a great selection of expensive ice creams!! The ice cream situation together with there only being one bar to serve the entire complex ended up costing me money as if we had to buy icecream and we were over at the pool with the slides it was a hike to get to the bar to order drinks so I usually ended up just buying drinks along with the snacks which defeats the AI purpose. The beach and sunbed facilities were great and generally the hotel was good but based on the fact that there was only one bar to serve the entire complex morning, noon and night I would not return as I seemed to spend all my time trying to find my kids as the space between the slide pool and bar is uncomfortably too far and then the queues were always lengthy. There is a towel station located at the slide pool which could easily be a bar to sort this issue but then sales in the shop wouldn’t be as good so maybe that’s intentional. The staff I found were either unable to do enough to help and super polite and then there were others who appeared to go out of their way to awkward. For example, on our last morning we left our sunbeds with all our towels, floats and belongings and when we returned someone had moved in taken our towels and slid our belongings aside…….. the woman feigned ignorance and that the beds were not reserved or in use which I wasn’t about to fight over as there were others available but because she had taken our towels we were

Definitely not 5 stars . Just returned home last night from Prime Beach . Have to say glad to be home in a comfortable bed ! To begin .. Family of 3, booked with EasyJet . Never again based on our experience. Standard room , no room to move , had to put our cases out on the small balcony along with a table and chair from the room so we could get in and out of our beds . Mattress was like a concrete slab . I asked at reception to mo e rooms but I was told this was. Standard room for under 6 year olds with easy jet ! Picture will be at the end . Cleaning of the room very basic , we one dropped crisps under the bed and it wax still there when we moved . Toilet and sink not washed or disinfected at all during our stay . Eventually after our third day , I got so upset because we had no space to do anything in the room with a 3 year old we were moved to a proper double family room . Problem resolved half way into our holiday . Main restaurant, tables compacted , not enough competent staff to clear clean and reset for next set of diners . We managed once to get a clean set table . Buffet food , standard repetitive everyday . We actually started eating at the snack bar terrace as it was cleaner than the restaurant area. Main pool area , lovely , comfortable subbed , clean and regularly cleaned .so all good here . Kids pool , Not as clean and maintained! Never seen any staff come and collect glasses plates etc , you would expect this area to be safe clean and well maintained, sadly not ! Entertainment and facilities for kids . Great slides etc , but very poor kids outdoor and indoor play area . Each time we visited we would have to take the little one to the room to shower as the climbing frame and shoot was absolutely filthy . Indoor kids room, one of the 3 girls not interested in activities with the kids , she said because she is so busy with the pool activities with the adults she likes the kids room as down time for herself ! That’s why she spent her time on her phone and not entertaining the little ones . Kids mini disco every night , can’t fault other than £5 per tattoo a bit OTT. Having stayed at 4 star hotels in Marmaris we thought because of the reviews and pictures and facilities for kids it would be perfect. We were so wrong ! The hotel has a stunning entrance, very clean spacious comfortable but we did not book for an entrance . We simply wanted a clean comfortable kids experience and family time to relax . I urge you to read reviews thoroughly before you book , I’m not picky or over the top but this was not a five star experience, based on other hotels within a 5 minute walk where we have stayed , I would say based on rooms , food , cleanliness and service this would be no more than a 3 star stay . We enjoyed the rest of our holiday because we ate out every other evening and spent the days walking and by the beach . My partner and I stayed for a week in May. The hotel highly lived up to our expectations. We had a lateral sea view, but would recommend the sea view, as the views from the hotel are amazing. The private beach associated with the hotel is a treasure. The sun loungers are comfy with the bedding on top, and the decking into the ocean captures the sun rays until the late evening. The food was great. We loved the snack bar. The pizza dough was made by hand, which showed in the taste. There was so much variety, and nothing was ever cold. The barista coffee was of a very high standard. They were well trained and often got great designs on my latte. The bar men were so efficient yet friendly. The reception area is very luxuries and had a tea and coffee making facility with biscuits. The spa representative, Blue, was a super nice person , always remembered our names and complimented us. He is a real asset to the hotel. The whole place is extremely clean, and has great amenities. The night time entertainment was so enjoyable. Really talented performers. Will be returning.

What can I say about this hotel... I can't fault anything at all. Let's start with the entertainment team - these guys are the best we have ever experienced, arriving here with our 10 month old we couldn't have asked for a better bunch. They work tirelessly all day and always have time for our little girl, coming for cuddles and to play with her and even taking her for 5/10 minutes round to say hi to all the guests! They never fail to make her smile all day long! Thank you so much to each and every one of you!! Especially Uzry, he is definitely her favourite, her little princess. They are a credit to the hotel. Cardy and Rose, you two are beautiful humans and Nova misses you so so much. Lara, the sweetest girl. Ali and Emo (mehhh) *jokes* wonderful boys and always have a smile and a chat anytime you seen them. Emo, I'm still not cooking in the kitchen lol - the best darts team ever - Byeeeeee! Lol. The hotel itself is amazing, all the staff, from the cleaners, the restaurant and snack bar staff, the photographers, the pool/bar staff all wonderful! The food.. absolutely fabulous, being here 2 weeks yes the food is repetitive however cooked to perfection and you will NEVER go hungry, even my 10 month old ate all day long! - ice cream from 4pm-6pm, baked potatoes, grill area, different little stations at meal times just outside the main buffet restaurant. The pools - they are all great, the cleanest hotel I've ever been too (and that goes for all over the hotel actually) - one thing I would add is a baby pool (I know there is a kids pirate ship part) however this wasn't overly suitable for my little girl as the water bucket fell from above and scared her but that's just us personally! The room (whilst a little small for a family of 3) is fantastic and can't be faulted. Location is quite far from the marina however this isn't an issue, just jump on the Dolmus, even with the pram it's no problem for the drivers either! All in all we had the most amazing time here for our first family holiday and are already arranging to book for next year with the rest of our family (10 of us). Thank you Prime Beach & the entertainment team particularly, you made our holiday the best one ever!!! If I had to pick at anything it would be that the cleaners (while our room was absolutely spotless everyday and we always came back to different designs on the bed (including the babies cot), they never left us enough towels or toilet roll on multiple occasions). However this is not a complaint as anytime we rang reception for those things we got them almost immediately. We arrived home at 4:30am (UK time) this morning & we are missing everyone so so much & are already looking at next year. Have a great rest of the summer guys and we will see you very soon!

We are still here until the 13th, everything is wonderful from the food, drinks, the location of the hotel to the marina, the staff is very kind, always there to help with everything you need, we feel very good, we will definitely come back here again The new name is Prime Beach and the changed logo and not only that, improvements in services. I highly recommend Prime Beach!!!

4.5/5 only real let down bathrooms need revamp , otherwise service great ,food always something for everyone’s taste..waiter and bar staff cannot do enough for you very attentive and nothing to big a problem for them, pools always beds available or at beach, first time visit will definitely be back!

Arrived yesterday and Phillip on reception upgraded us to a beach front room for our joint 50th birthdays this week! This is our third stay here and live the improvements. Phillip is a star and the staff have all been so lovely! I couldn’t think of anywhere better to celebrate a hundred years between us xxx

Staff were helpful, view was sick, food was perfect. Everything we needed in one place and not that far to walk into Marmaris. Loads of space to sit, loads of sunbeds and beach was class. All round it was a relaxing place good for all ages, no complaints at all.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Ugur is the best!!! Hotel looks beautifull specially at night, the rooms are clean with beautifull view at beach. There are many attraction here. Food is great :) Vacation was wonderfull! I recommed this hotel.
