Princess Kinli Suites Hotel

I went with my 4 year old daughter. I was apprehensive after seeing previous reviews but this disappeared straight after arriving. Lovely apartment, spacious, very clean and well laid out. Excellent air conditioning and the WiFi was great. Our room was filled with water everyday, great facilities in the room also. I don't often do reviews although felt I had too due to reading previous. The apartment doesn't have a lift, I had a pram but they offered to swap me to the ground floor room and offered helped everyday to get me up and down the stairs. The pool area was nice, good little pool for kids. It was around a 5-10 min short walk to the sea and plenty of surrounding shops that are very easily accessible.

This hotel is friendly will do anything for you to make your stay a happy and comfortable, the beds are the best we have ever slept in, a memory mattress, so lovely me and hubby sleep soundly. Everything in the room is laid on for you, with slippers water tea and coffee toilet rolls shampoo conditioner also shower jell. You can cook if you want they have a beautiful kitchen in room even a microwave. It's one of the best we have ever stayed in. Mr & Mrs Derek Sutton

During our stay at this hotel we had the worst experience anyone could ever have. We have witnessed the following: 1. The Room is very small and difference that the picture posted in booking website. As the picture in the website show the room is big meanwhile in reality it is very small. There was no decent space to walk in the master bedroom toward the balcony as well as in the hall after putting the extra bed. 2. The suite mentioned to have 1 sofa bed in the living room which we expected it as a pull-out sofa to accommodate our 2 kids at sleeping time. We were shocked to find out that there is an additional foldable bed next to the sofa which refrain us from using the sofa for sitting purpose at day time , as well as leaving no access to walk in the room! 3. The extra foldable bed was broken, as anyone sit on it or even just put a hand pressure, it directly falls apart. My 5 years old child sat on it and it broke on him. 4. When we reach to the hotel there was no water in the room to drink! our kids were hungry and when we wanted to order from the Ad Menu at the bar, they informed us that they don’t have any food to serve and we have to go to restaurant outside the hotel to eat. 5. We were not allowed to take more than one key to the Suites (although our booking is for 3 adults and 1 child), and the reason as we were told that we not allowed to keep the key in the room as some old customer did the same and the room caught in fire. 6. There was a worker working on the main electrical units on the hotel right beside the main entrance door, wiring was open with no supervision, anyone could touch the wires and get injured. 7. The AC units for both living room and bedroom keep on closing when someone open the room door or balcony and they don’t open automatically after they are closed. So every time I go out for a smoke in the balcony or outside the room, my wife has to get up and open the AC manually for each room, and when I comeback I have to do the same again.

No lift and we were staying on the 4th floor. Reception helped carrying our suitcases up, but then i had to carry them down. Pool needed cleaning, looked murky. Overall not great value for what we paid.staff is very unexperienced.

They advertise the front building by the pool with photos but they give you a room at the back of the building with horrible view when you arrive..Make sure about your room before you arrive.No elevator and you can easily hear the the next room .Very thin walls...
