Stayed here with my wife, good service all hotel staff are friendly and hard working especially the restaurant staff. If you a going here I recommend at meal times you get your own drinks as the staff do enough and don’t need lazy people demanding the staff to get them drinks. People should have more respect towards them. Meal times are like feeding times at the zoo people are animals, food repetitive same food day in day out. What can I say it was a dreadful experience I should also mention that on rainy days it is nearly impossible to get a seat indoors at dinner time, people like to sit there with there extended family from the start of the meal time till the end and drink which results in people having to sit out in the rain so if your booking here keep this in mind and please don’t be selfish. Along with this I find these types of families are joining about three tables together then leaving them for the staff to move back once they are done, again this is laziness the staff aren’t there to pick up after everything and people need to be more respectful I noted this was mostly the Dutch doing this, I observed a elderly women waiting about looking for a seat while a Dutch family sit across four tablets on their phones with one even had a un lighten cigarette hanging out his mouth, sat there acknowledging that she needed a seat but decided to stay there on their phones while their children ran about wild running into other guests. Children running up and down the hall playing chap door run away at 10pm parents obviously not wanting to deal with them. Shower jumps from freezing cold to boiling hot within seconds so getting washed is very uncomfortable, the shower door in our room didn’t close properly which resulted in getting hit in the tail. Toilet seat wobble from side to side when you sit on it. Fridge was very dirty. Location is fantastic, not hotel related but something to note you will be harassed while walking down the strip if you don’t not go into a restaurant you will be called a naughty boy or if you don’t buy from the shops they will tell you that you have no money when your just not interested in buying their fake t shirts. The harrsing is unbearable at times as many of the restaurant staff will block your way to try and get you into your restaurant no matter how many times you tell them you’re not interested. The public toilets in the hotel stank, my wife said the female toilets smelled like a Womens front bottom, I understand that you cannot put toilet paper down the toilet but the smell was unbearable and the bins need to be change a lot more often. This hotel would be five stars however had to take two stars off as the entertainment is diabolical. I’m not sure what I was watching. Looked like four girls that hopped in a time machine from 2008 in a lady gaga poker face music video. The holiday has been amazing. The rooms have been so clean and they get cleaned everyday. They are very spacious. The food was amazing and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The entertainment team was the best. They constantly made me laugh and they were so welcoming and friendly. They have made my holiday experience amazing. I can’t wait to come again. Excellent - one of the best hotels I have been to , we weren’t happy with our room on the first day but where moved the second with no problem . Staff literally cannot do enough for you they are always smiling and happy , a hello from you goes a long way and they appreciate it !!! The food is unreal if you can’t find something to eat here honestly stay home , there is a massive main buffet desserts to die for , outside area with Chinese buffet and a Turkish stand with bbq foods !! Morning is great massive selection only thing no sausages / bacon but I didn’t miss it , during the day the pool bar has better quality food than other all inclusive dive been to and just as much choice . The entertainment during the day is great , night had different themes it’s not a west end show but definitely good . Will return . Weather was fantastic for near end of October

Second visit this year! We returned as a family in October after a couples break in April and yet again had 5 star treatment. Our kids loved it too! The hotel is spotless, the staff work incredibly hard and are so polite and friendly, from the cleaners to the bar staff. Towels changed , room cleaned and mini bar topped up daily. A big shout out to our waiter, Amir who looked after us every day, even decorating our table on the last day. He was so attentive and helpful throughout our holiday. After a few days of staying there all the staff chat to you as if you’ve known them forever. The food is fantastic, drinks are generous and the entertainment is really good. We won’t stay anywhere else in Marmaris and highly recommend it. Till next time!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, end of October and we had the most wonderful time, on our 2nd day, we rebooked for next year. Rooms are beautiful, very spacious and cleaned daily, mini bar stocked daily with water and cans of orange and Pepsi. Slippers provided also. Food is amazing, plenty of choice for everyone even fussy eaters and some evenings food is themed. Outdoor Chinese and other food options available. The staff are all friendly and so helpful. On arrival after a long journey, we were greeted by reception and checked in quickly and a porter took our bags to our rooms and explained things to us. Entertainment staff are the best! Mustafa, Moses, Gem and Su are brilliant. They made everyday fun, always taking time to come and chat with us.. we absolutely loved spending time with them and watching the entertainment shows.. every evening was different and very good!. Halloween party was brilliant, everyone enjoyed it! Plenty going on throughout out the day to keep us entertained. We did 2 excursions, jeep safari which was brilliant, expect to get wet, the Turtle beach and the mud bath. Both great days out. We loved this holiday so much, we ve rebooked for next year!
