Reis Beach Hotel

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! REIS BEACH OTEL I have never in my life seen a hotel quite like this one. From the moment I arrived it has been like hell on earth. Got checked into a room for 2 which was that small You couldn’t swing a cat in. Complained and got moved to a slighty bigger hotel room. Dirty walls, cigarette burns in pillows, wet room still not big enough. Obliged and thought oh well only for 2 nights….. until I got in the shower, I might as well had not bothered, the water pressure was horrendous! I thought sod this, so packed my things away and offered to pay for the cleaning fee (400 lira) then to be told I had to pay another 400 lira on top of that. Was then told I couldn’t leave until I had paid an extra 400lira, so I walked straight out after the rude receptionist told me there was nothing he could do! I wouldn’t mind but they’re trying to charge £50 (yes you read that correctly) per night. I’ve been coming to Marmaris for over 10 years and NEVER experienced anything quite like the stress I have today. Now I’m chilling in my £60 per night modern apartment with 2 aircon units, a kitchen and a proper shower, I can happily say I will NEVER return to that hell hole x Rant over peeps, enjoy your holiday x
