Club Aida

Stayed at this hotel in September. Visited the Spa located within the hotel. I must say it was the best service and treatments me and my family have ever experienced. Cannot recommend this turkish baths enough. I give it 10 out of 10. Anyone whos staying at this hotel this summer definitely visit the Spa. You wont be disappointed.

Club Aida is my second home. The reception staff is always helpful and tolerant to me and all the guests. The food is excellent. If you come here for a holiday, you should definitely visit the spa. I can say it is the best spa in Marmaris. Thank you to everyone. See you in May xx

My family went to Club Aida this May 2024. There is 6 of us all different ages so not always easy to keep everyone happy. How ever we arrived at club Aida through a private transfer, (to the left is a shop there you can get bread crisps drinks plugs all sorts pool floats they blow them up for you too) the reception staff was amazing they made us feel instantly welcome and promptly got Us to our rooms. Which may I add was absolutely spotless ! So clean and fresh the rooms are immaculate and very spacious you have a kitchen with everything you need . Two sofa beds in the front room , bedroom and bathroom and a balcony we was poolside . The cleaner is amazing !! She comes in everyday and her work is out standing! We went down stairs to find a hairdressers that offer other treatments such as nails and eyelash extensions - we used them regularly they are also amazing . My husband was skeptical however one of the best cuts he’s ever had. My daughters had nail extensions I had eyelash tint bouncy blow drys also hubby had a few shaves. The team in the salon are amazing. Next to the salon is a tattoo shop and a gift shop which we all used, run by a beautiful lady and her daughter also very clean. On the same floor there is a Turkish bath with massages etc, I have to give the lady’s here a massive shout out they are so good at their job that we had a Turkish bath and went back for more massages - it’s a must I promise you will not be disappointed. I keep mentioning cleanliness- it’s so important when you have kids after having a horrendous experience in another hotel in Turkey we was over whelmed with this hotel. Alex who comes round the pool to take your drink orders and food He makes sitting round the pool very enjoyable he’s always happy making everyone laugh , he also is a valuable member to club Aida ! Randy shandy one of the waiters I didn’t catch he’s name but that’s what we called him he was also great ! Last but not least (save the best till last) the animation team !!!!! I just need to state I have an autistic daughter who doesn’t like change. She has panick attacks in crowds and normally likes to lock her self away she is 14. For the two weeks we was there Dodo especially brung a side out to my daughter we all noticed. He made her feel so welcome and always calmly included her. Now, we didn’t tell him she was autistic. He was just amazing with her. We was worrying about Frankie but Dodo made her feel relaxed and calm she had the best holiday ! Ginger the head of animation was amazing he’s so funny ( still waiting for the 3 chickens ) ding ding also amazing ! Always including everyone always smiling ! Pablo another great member to the team. I could go on all day about this team (there are more) because they work so so hard to make sure everyone is happy, having fun, always involving everyone not just our family absolutely everyone! They make that hotel 5 star! They are all valuable members to club Aida ! So to close my essay …. We’

We have just came home on Wednesday and stayed for one week. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel! All the staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly. It was our first time in marmaris so I checked all the reviews before booking here which had so many good reviews and wow it didn’t disappoint. It’s a fantastic family hotel. It’s a basic apartment but very clean and good for what we needed it for. The only thing is it doesn’t come with any washing up liquid, soap or sponges so make sure to buy that from the local shop. It also doesn’t come with free WiFi but you can rent a WiFi box from reception. Also the pool water in October is freezing which is nothing that the hotel can help it’s just the time of the year so I would keep that in mind when booking for next time as my girls wouldn’t go in the pool very much. Although the water is freezing it’s still nice weather during the day high 20s and low 20s at night - we wore hoodies and light jackets at nights. The kids club is great the two ladies were brilliant with our girls (5 years old and 11 years old) they went a few times they did colouring in, made cakes, sang songs etc. My little girl wanted to go everyday and said it was her “school on holiday.” 🥹 The entertainment at night is great it starts at 9pm which is a little late for some people so I understand but it was fine for my girls as we’re not strict on bed times on holiday. All the staff put on a fab show even for it not being too busy at this time of year so couldn’t commend them more. They put on different things every night so nobody gets bored and get all the kids to come up and get involved! They make sure you’re enjoying your holiday to the fullest and they all remembered our names which is such a sweet touch. The diamond spa is fab. We done a family spa package including the Turkish bath which I highly recommend! Ahmet Aslan and his staff will make sure you’re very well taken care of. Me and my husband also booked two more 1 hour massages through out the week since we loved it so much and their prices were great! The lady Betty who did our massages really knows what she’s doing. The location itself is great it’s about 5 mins walk from all the main shops and restaurants. About 10 mins walk to the beach. We ate lunch three times at the hotel restaurant and the food is great. We were always out and about so we ended up eating out most of the time. We would definitely come back here again!

We have just returned from our stay at Club Aida Marmaris for 7 nights. This was a very good base in terms of location. It was spotlessly clean. Our cleaner did an amazing job every day. We got new, clean towels each day. The staff were very helpful. Anything we asked for they could accommodate. We paid £42 for air conditioning, which we needed! It was still 25 degrees in temperature, beautiful sunny weather. Not uncomfortably hot. We didn't bother paying for a safe as we carried our money and passports and we didn't need the TV as kids had their own devices to watch on. The Diamond Family Spa with Ahmet Aslan is great too! We got a Turkish Bath at Club Aida right at the end of our trip. It is on site so very convenient. It was a great experience and nothing felt rushed at all. It was a completely relaxing experience. The setting was very beautiful and relaxing. The staff were all friendly. The children had a great experience. The massages included in the Turkish Bath was amazing. Very good value for money as the massage was for 1 hour. I also got a facial, which was very relaxing. Ahmet really wanted us to have the best experience. He ensured that when I went in, there were no male customer or male workers around so it was completely private for me (I am a practising, Muslim who wears the headscarf). It was a good price for the amount of time we were given. We also got a pedicure from the hairdressing place downstairs. It was £20. Did the job. We went on a Sunday and the hairdressers were not there, probably as it is coming up to end of season. Reggie approached us at the start of the week and was very friendly. I should have asked if it was closed as I would have got my boys hair cut done before instead of waiting until the end of the holiday. The food is also good at Club Aida. We only ate there twice as we were out and about most of the time. Really good menu for the kids! They were very good with allergies and made my daughter grilled chicken and chips. She has anaphalactic allergies to nuts, seeds, eggs, fish and dairy. They took the allergies seriously. The things I didn't like about Club Aida is that the pool is not suitable for children who are not confident swimmers. There are two pools. One which my children considered the baby pool. The water came up to half way between their feet and knees. The main pool was 5ft deep with no shallow end. So we did not use the pool at all. They also didn't like Kids Club. They went once and it was just colouring. They also closed it 10 minutes early and let the kids come to hotel room on their own. My issue was, what if we had decided to not be in? At that time we were getting ready to leave to collect them. What if we missed each other? The kids disco starts too late at 9pm. The music is very loud and goes on until midnight. The entertainment team shout into the microphone, not realising that shouting is not necessary when using mic. We never went to the entertainment in the evening as it was

Best time ever! Entertainment was the best! Dodo, Pablo made are holiday! Kids absolutely loved every minute aswell as me and my husband ❤️ Very clean hotel, plenty to do. Will 100% be going back ne t year. Food was excellent 👌 restaurant staff very friendly. Tattoo shop excellent.
